I know the trump humpers are itching to attack the whistle blowers that confirm your lord and savior was hiding US secrets. But I guess you'll have to wait. Keep those computer skills sharp, you'll need to be ready to track down their family members and call in those death threats.

LOL! Warrants were given to Trump lawyer and he could have released it himself. Affidavits were never a part of the transparency issue by Garland. Affidavits include too much classified information not releasable to the public for fear of jeopardizing the sources, many of which are not within the U.S. Affidavits include specifically what top secret information was being looked for in Mar a Lago, which of course the Trump legal team had said in writing did not exist there. But of course it did because the trumpy lawyers believed their pathological liar client that all classified documents had been returned.

If there are charges filed against Trump, the affidavit must be released.

It’s the law, the person being charged has the right to know their accuser.

Since they found the documents not sure why you need to know the accusers. The accusers were correct, CJ stole government property. Wait I know why you need to know, so you can go after them. Have some new shit to throw against the wall and see if it will stick. Flood the forum with shit. 1. Accuser#1 once said Cheetos Jesus was a fucking moron, they are clearly bias against your lord and savior. Ignore the evidence found by the FBI.

https://christianresearchnetwork.org/2022/08/13/new-twist-in-fbi-raid-trump-had-standing-order-to-declassify-documents-taken-to-residence/

“Officials familiar with national security law said courts generally have held the president’s power to declassify is far-reaching and that the process for how that happens can be more happenstance, something the Bush and Obama executive orders from 2003 and 2009 made clear.”

(John Solomon – Just the News) Donald Trump’s office told Just the News on Friday that the classified materials the FBI seized from his Mar-a-Lago estate were declassified under a “standing order” while he was president that allowed him to take sensitive materials to the White House residence at night to keep working.

sadly, a complicated truth is often required to show a cowardly lie for what it is - bs. Like russian collusion, etc.

https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/all-things-trump/breaking-trump-describes-process-how-he-declassified-documents

The president's detractors in Congress, the DOJ, and the intelligence community are likely to contest the president's arguments. But officials familiar with national security law said courts generally have held the president's power to declassify is far-reaching and that the process for how that happens can be more happenstance, something the Bush and Obama executive orders from 2003 and 2009 made clear.

Obama's executive order no. 13526, issued in 2009, laid out the stringent process all federal officials and agencies needed to follow for declassification, but explicitly exempted the sitting president and vice president from having to follow those procedures.

"Information originated by the incumbent President or the incumbent Vice President; the incumbent President’s White House Staff or the incumbent Vice President’s Staff; committees, commissions, or boards appointed by the incumbent President; or other entities within the Executive Office of the President that solely advise and assist the incumbent President is exempted from the provisions of paragraph (a) of this section," the Obama order stated.
