So they have to extract fees, licenses, taxes...... recharging costs, etc etc etc - that when they get enough people forced to comply, they can raise the $$$$$$$$ costs to any amount they want. The only state I would visit anyways on that list is N. Carolina, and I don't believe that will last. See tourist dollars dry up in those states.
