Read only the "The Road to Power" chapter of The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich by William L. Shirer. It includes wooing of the big Capitalists, Industrialists and Bankers (Including trumpy's fav Deutsche Bank) and the encouragement of strife among his principal subordinates so they would not conspire against him instead. He booted out one of these (Otto Strasser) for "professing the cardinal sins of democracy and socialism". Anyway it's all there for any with a mind to read and digest in pages 117-149 of the original hard cover copy that you can find in any library.
