Vambo
Energy JASON ISAAC: Why President-elect Biden's energy plans could derail the American Dream This should be no surprise to Biden and his political allies, since costs have soared everywhere “going green” has been tried. Californians are paying 30% more for electricity than they did 10 years ago. In Denmark, where wind energy became a priority in the mid-1990s, prices have more than doubled. Westside Steve
I think that's the idea. A strong healthy American economy and an independent population is not the friend of the Democrat Party. WSS

MLD Woody
Let's keep making short term environmental decisions. I'm sure it won't hurt anything. It's not like every legitimate scientific group in the world would say otherwise. Besides, even if it's the wrong decision, it's not like you'll need to de with it anyway, right? At this point your kids and grandkids are expecting to have to fix everything that was broken on your way out. What's one more thing? FairHooker11
when the discoveries of shale oil fields of Colorado and the Dakotas and the potentials of energy independence rose up we had to watch and wait because this wasnt gonna happen during obamas term when it all came to light. thanks to Trump - he saw to it that an industry born again could create wealth unlike anything we ever had! Energy independence - now possibly at risk

I think you've completely missed whatever point you try to make Woody. The voting Bloc that most monolithically votes Democrat is also the one that falls the shortest on the educational employment and crime benchmark. I think Democrats may have the edge among those with Advanced degrees especially among those who feel they aren't earning as much as they should especially in comparison to hard-working entrepreneurs. But I'm sure extending Public School from K through 16 will help. Not to mention the four years of welfare those students will need while they get their marketing or social work degrees that won't make them any better Suited for a job.
