How did Trump know a SC Justice would die a month or so before the election. He did the same thing the democrats would have done under Obama if they had majority in the Senate. They let the lower court decisions stand if they agree with them. You need a course in how SCOTUS works. If 4 or more think a lower court made a mistake, they will hear the case and make a full court decision. If none think it has merit, they just send that little "denied" note. EDIT: Do you really think that if at least 4 members thought that there was widespread voter fraud which decided the election wrongly which the lower courts ruled improperly they would actually choose not to hear the case? Your infantile rationalization doesn't validate the meaning of real words. You can go look up the definitions of words online. If you don't know how, don't ask woodpecker because he doesn't know either. Standing is a matter that is not relevant to merit.
