I worked with, like his Uncle who was the director of the Cleveland Better Business Bureau back in the 70s as law clerk. Just as an aside, when I did work there for like 6 months, I had to work on a case to try to arbitrate a dispute between the Central Cadillac dealership in downtown Cleveland and the DeLorean Cadillac dealership which was in Lakewood. It was owned by the brother of John DeLorean, Charles, whom I met. The two dealerships were constantly sniping at each other in their ads, both newspaper and TV and we tried to get them to cut it out as it was unprofessional and bad for both of their businesses. I think we succeeded, by telling them that their bickering only sent customers away and over to Crestmont Cadillac in Beachwood, who stayed out of the fray (and probably did better business than both of them).
