No fraudulent election results should ever be permitted to be a part of an election - instead, go by the numbers of counties won in that state - let the winner take all electoral votes automatically. There are 159 counties in Georgia. I would think the dishonest vote counters can legitimately count THAT HIGH...... Go by counties won in a state.
