When I was diagnosed with Covid I was living in Middleburg Heights, with Southwest General (UH hospital) and Metro a short 1 mile drive away.

I opted to drive 22 miles away to go to the Cleveland Clinic...it was a no brainer.

If I have a problem with my retinal condition I see my written ologist just about immediately. My cardiologist, one of the top guys at the Cleveland Clinic which is the top Cardiology Hospital in the world, made a special trip in to observe a relatively minor procedure I had. I don't know what more you want except Trump Trump trump Trump trump.

And if you think my cardiologist would give me better treatment than he would another patient he was concerned about president or not you're just being an asshole.

Seems like that's one of the reasons you guys are Democrats you have one level of service for people you think are important and another for people you don't. And maybe there are some doctors who would fuck off if the patient was destitute. But you don't know that. And there might be Democrat doctors at Walter Reed that would try to sabotage the president. The two doctors involved were well known around the world as two of the very best.

My best friend's brother has been an expert in cardiopulmary bypass for decades. He's given presentations on his research around the world. We consulted with him about where to go - and he said Cleveland Clinic, and the Heart Unit at Summa in Akron, and I believe Mayo Clinic as the having the very best heart surgeons in the United States. The two we went to, he said he would go to them - his opinion they were two of the best anywhere.

LOL! So I guess I'm a bi-political. Voted against trumpy but for almost all republicans everything else with exception of our Republican Sheriff up on felony charges while still running for that office.

Just to put it back in perspective, trumpy got quicker treatment with Regeneron from the same MD of our friend's brother who had to be on a ventilator until almost dead before they got permission to use it for compassionate emergency. Very good news yesterday. He is now testing COVID free and has been moved to a regular ICU from COVID ICU where he can now get rehab while weaning off the ventilator that goes through his trach. His wife got to visit last night though he is still under heavy sedation. Small steps one day at a time. But he appears to be recovering. Dr. Garibaldi says he was the sickest patient he ever had with it to make a recovery which he is now certain he will in time. Long term effects not to be known yet however.

And of course his more knowledgeable MD did not include it in his cocktail of treatment medications, but did include this one. Now why would that be? Because he has firsthand experience with both with some very ill COVID patients.
