That's a lot of BSing (The attorney BSing would be there no matter the political affiliation) A lot to run down: - Seemed to skim over the first killing as much as possible - Always referred to it as shooting, not killing - I'm pretty sure he's on camera saying "I killed someone" not "I shot someone". Maybe I'm misremembering. - We get it, he's a lifeguard - The gun didn't travel across state lines. Ok cool. But then where did it come from? - The business owner called up some 17 year olds to ask them to defend his business??? I'm sure I'm missing some. I also think that's just typical of an attorney, not right or left. With any training at all - even in our CWW class, "SITUATIONAL AWARENESS" is paramount. You don't intentionally go into situations where you may encounter trouble. He isn't a policeman. He clearly explained the first shooting from 3:40 to 4:50 in the video.
