Biden obviously has dementia and who knows what other health problems. Trump is obese so probably has high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, maybe CAD. There is plenty of evidence out there that he is probably exaggerating his height (namely where he stands next to people that are actually 6'3"). Even then, BMI would say 6'3" 242lbs is obese (though there are a lot of issues with BMI, especially at taller ends of the scale).
