"The document states he tested positive on April 3. "Since PCR positivity for 2019-nCoV RNA can persist for weeks after the onset and resolution of clinical disease, the autopsy result most likely reflects asymptomatic but persistent PCR positivity from previous infection," the report reads. People are making a "martyr" out of him because a police officer had his knee on the man's neck for so long that it ended up killing him. True. Nobody deserves to have a sick corrupt police officer put his knee on their neck for nearly nine minutes. BTW, the charges against the dirty cop who did it... have been raised to "2nd Degree murder". and the other three have been charged as being complicit in the crime. I cannot believe the other three said nothing, did nothing to stop the dirty cop. All four were dirty. But the generalization of hate towards ALL police - is worse than extremely stupid - it's political bigotry with serious brown/black shirt ulterior motives. There's no excuse for what that cop, chauvin, did period, but it's no surprise someone on fentanyl would be having a hard time breathing.

What really bothers me is that 3 rookies were afraid? to tell the veteran dirty cop to stop. or they were bigots and didn't care... those three deserved to be arrested too, they were complicit. Doesn't bode well for the reputation of the entire dept since that is the 3 cowards they hired.

One of the three was the killer cops brother in law, the other two rookies. The police like the military respect rank and do not question superior officers. I'm not excusing the rookies, but you have to admit they were put in a difficult situation. That thug police officer Derek Chauwhatever is not only a murderer, he also ruined the lives of his brother in law and two rookies.

It's been a long time. It's like the movie "A Few Good Men"... the two young soldiers complied with an illegal order to blanket party another soldier - and that soldier died. The two young soldiers were found guilty. They obeyed the illegal order. The one turned to the other at the guilty verdict and said what ? we didn't do anything wrong." and the one turned to him and said "yes, we did...." if Jack Nicholson had had his knee on a young soldier's neck and was killing him, that crime would have had to be stopped, not just witnessed.
