Since most of us are Vitamin D deficient, wondering how useful that info really is. I make sure to take a supplement because WV generally has shitty weather.

I take a 2000 mg supplement daily.  A little over a year ago I had blood work done and my vitamin D was real low (in the winter) so they put me on some super high potency pills for a week, to get the level up.
