Beckham had core surgery this offseason to repair his injury issues and was expected to make a full recovery. From the looks of the video, Beckham is getting close to full strength and would likely be participating in the Browns offseason program if things were not held up by the COVID-19 pandemic. “Bigger, faster, strong,” Beckham tells the camera. “It’s my time.”

Tour2ma
That little half ball platform thing is hard enough to stay balanced on with two feet on it... while only trying to stay upright. A few minutes of continuous balance checking on one will alert you to muscles you never knew you had. One leg + catching pass after pass = Insane balance 2

He was great warming up before games, that doesn't mean squat. I want to see 15 TDs, not 4.
calfoxwc
the point is, he is getting into outstanding shape - he's seriously getting ready to have a big year. "core surgery" sounds tough to get back from. He means business.

Also, if you ever sneeze post surgery you feel like you're going to die, lol. However, this is nothing compared to the Landry surgery. His recovery scares me, especially since he's not around team docs.

Your core...
