Report: Browns' Jordan Cameron has no structural damage to shoulder; says he's 'all good'

Cleveland Browns tight end Jordan Cameron underwent an MRI on his sprained right shoulder. It showed no structural damage, and he remains day-to-day, according the Cleveland Plain Dealer's Mary Kay Cabot reports. "Right now, it's just a day-to-day thing," Cameron said. "Just seeing how it feels when I wake up, and we'll go from there."

The Browns' tight end sprained his right AC joint for the second time since Aug. 2, but he doesn't believe it's a chronic matter, and instead attributes both injuries to bad luck, which is what one would expect a pro athlete to say about a reoccurring injury.

He sat out Wednesday's practice and stressed that he won't take the field Sunday unless his shoulder is healthy enough to take a pounding. For insurance, the Browns signed tight end Gerell Robinson off the Broncos' practice squad. Robinson is a more natural pass catcher than teammates Gary Barnidge and Jim Dray, who are blocking tight ends. Cameron remains questionable for Sunday's game, and his owners should make sure to have a backup plan ready in case he can't go against the Saints.
