As our population ages people over 40 aren't going to do these jobs, landscaping drywall janitorial kitchen etc etc and we really can't afford to pay 25 bucks an hour even if we could get young Americans to take those jobs. The poorest members of society who are actually citizens would prefer to be on the dole than too cut grass. That, of course, doesn't take into consideration legal or illegal it's just one reason that its beneficial to our society as it stands. My suggestion is the guest worker program with verifiable identification. Once they've become citizens children will not do those jobs either.
