People take down barricades at Lincoln Memorial

My friend joined the million vet march on the capital not long ago. He tore down the barricades as WW2 vets watched on and cried. It was a powerful moment. Then he joined the vets in retaking the memorial, stood in his grandfather's place with the vets and sang the national anthem. After that they all gathered like a football team breaking it down after a game and chanted "Long live the republic!" Truly moving stuff
