(Cleveland) - Twenty-year old Anthony Saveriano, of Northfield, was in Cleveland Municipal Court Tuesday for his arraignment.

Saveriano is the man who jumped onto the field Thursday during the Brown-Lions game at First Energy Stadium and went streaking nearly the length of the field.

He pleaded not guilty to criminal trespassing, a first degree misdemeanor, and not guilty to public indecency, a fourth degree misdemeanor.

His attorney has asked that Saveriano be entered into a selective intervention program for first time offenders.

Court spokesman Ed Ference says if Saveriano is accepted into the program and completes three months of it, the charges will be dropped.

Saveriano posted 10% of a $1,000 bond Friday night and was released. Saveriano will be back in court Sept. 10.
