Does she even have 5th amendment rights, when it is a hearing, not a trial? 2. Seems that the Dems are frantically wanting her NOT to testify. Isn't that...odd? 3. Isn't the 5th solely for the purpose of not incriminating oneself? 4. Can the 5th simply be used to withhold evidence? 5. Is Ms. Lerner more guilty that what the testimony against her said she was? 6. Now that we know that lib groups were NOT harassed, sandbagged, and given the run around for months/years, why does the left so ardently latch on to the lies, the same thing as their "talking points"?
