Just another example of their lies that result from acting out emotionally.

With lib leftists, it's all about emotions. And lying just serves their emotions well.

Even after this, they probly will keep repeating. Everybody will know why now, though.

Gun-Haters Eat Crow after Blaming NRA for Marathon Bombing

Posted on April 26, 2013

A benefit of the First Amendment is that when all people can freely express themselves, normal people are regularly reminded of how warped some can be in their thinking--particularly those who seem to derive perverse satisfaction from publicly displaying their hatred of the NRA.

For example, two days after the bombing at this year's Boston Marathon, chronic NRA-basher Frank Smyth, in an article posted on MSNBC's website, proclaimed that gunpowder had been used in the bombs, and on that basis concluded that the suspects were on the loose because the NRA had opposed requiring microscopic "identification taggants" in gunpowder in the 1990s.

On the same day, self-proclaimed "extreme left" socialist Lawrence O'Donnell, host of MSNBC's "Last Word" left-wing political commentary TV show, ranted, "The NRA's efforts to guarantee that American mass murderers are the best-equipped mass murders in the world is not limited to murderers who use assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. The NRA is also in the business of helping bombers get away with their crimes. Gunpowder could be traced by investigators to a buyer at the point of sale, if gunpowder contained a taggant, an element that would enable tracing of the purchase of gunpowder. But thanks to the National Rifle Association, identification taggants are required by law only in plastic explosives. The NRA has successfully blocked any requirement for such taggants in gunpowder."

Several days later, the anti-gun Violence Policy Center threw together a press release and a several-page diatribe blaming the NRA in the same way. Meanwhile, U.S. Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-N.J.) announced his new "Explosive Materials Background Check Act," proposing to require a background check to purchase any amount of gunpowder. The bill would also direct the BATFE to study the tagging of gunpowder—though a National Academy of Sciences study recommended against adding either identification-type or detection-type taggants to black or smokeless powder, concluding that the measures would be expensive and would result in little benefit.

Given all of this, the anti-gunners could hardly have looked more foolish when Fox News reported that the explosive used in Boston was a blend of nitrate and percholate-based oxidizers common to fireworks, and ABC News reported that one of the suspects in the crime had bought a large quantity of fireworks in February. But of course, that is unlikely to slow them down in the least.

during the stolen car shootout the news and gun hating lobbyist were licking there chops saying the brothers were heavily armed thousands of rounds... well guess what they were sharing a pistol. So the 200+ rounds fired were by the police.

Right after sandy hook, fienstein didn't even show an ounce of compassion, legislation was the first words out of her mouth.

The news also said they were middle eastern and initially reported twelve dead or something. Yes I'm sure it was all a nefarious plot to blame the good ol NRA. Well the NRA has succeded. They have convinced a bunch of morons that the democrats are evil marxists out to take your guns away. And like morons, you've all swallowed the bait. What was that timothy McVeigh said in the early 90s? Something that sounds exactly like the inane ramblings cal posts here daily. Forgive me if I don't shit my pants in fear of Barack Obama, communist kenyan gun-hating traitor. You morons.

Odd, Cysko. You really are all wet in Egypt.

I posted this part:

Steve posts about O'donnel, and Cysko insists that "nobody is blaming the NRA".

Soaked. In Egypt, Cysko. You look like a dull tool for denying it.

How come when a bomb goes off, people are mad at the bomber. But when someone shoots up a school, people are mad at the gun?

My god cal are you really this big of a fucking moron or do you play one on the internet? Venting frustration because the NRA attacks anything that could be used to trace murderers IS NOT saying the NRA are murderers. It's saying they're a bunch of scumbag twats which, in my opinion, is accurate.

You know, I went to fin feather and fur the other day.to kill sometime around lunch and I noticed one thing that all the many gun enthusiasts that were there at 11:30 on Tuesday had in common. At my size I could have physically stomped the shit out of every single person in there. It gave me some insight as to why some people cling so hard to guns...they're little pussy Bitches masquerading as men and I suppose if I were small and weak I may feel constantly threatened as well. Carrying a gun allows you to feel big.

initially is the key word in your post. 2 different things.

initially the body counts are high and rumors are rampid. what i read was days after the shootout that killed his brother.

point being that its convenient for them to use a tragedy to instantly push for legislation when the facts havent even come out yet.

3/4 of the people watch the news for 30 min a week.(such as yourself) and of those 3/4 all heard heavily armed, when in actuality the were not. should I go on or can you piece the rest together by yourself?

"God made man, but Samuel Colt made them equal."

Whats hilarious is that in your attempt at E-thugging, is that you put a point on why gun ownership is a good thing.

People who think like you are the reason why its a good idea to allow the little guy a chance to defend themselves.

You sound like the douche who starts fights at the bar with everybody in the room smaller than you.

I got news for you, being big don't mean you're tough.

My little brother loves dropping guys like that by the way. he is 5'10 all of about 160 pounds and will floor guys well above his hieght wieght. Years of fighting with me made him very good at it.

So what? How is that blaming them for the bombing as cal is insinuating. He hates them, he takes a political cheap shot at them. So what?

I also hate the NRA for preying on the insecurities of weak frightened people to sell

Their product while pretending its because they give a fuck about your rights. Guns are the only product where new safety measures are completely ignored and decried. That's not about rights, that's about money. If I had any public say I'd take shots at them too.

I'm empathizing with why people buy guns, you are correct. Because they feel weak. You can dress it up all you want but its the truth.

Marco Ruas once beat Paul Varlens so its possible, but Marco Ruas didn't need a gun. People who have to carry guns are weak.

Or they could be practical thinkers. Why would I carry a flood insurance policy on my house even though I live in a once in 1000 year flood zone? Because I would rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. Its risk reward for me and several people I know(accountants, engineers, and software developers btw). If my house floods and without it, I am out a house and all of my possesions. if I don't need it I am out a few hundred dollars. If I ever need a gun and don't have one it could be my families or my own life. if I never need it I wasted a few hundred dollars.

But your probably right its just because they are weak and nothing bad could ever happen to you because you are big and bad and scary.
