except in leftist cities... https://www.ammoland.com/2019/10/number-of-concealed-carry-permit-holders-increased-again/?utm_source=Ammoland+Subscribers&utm_campaign=e2998a5f08-RSS_EMAIL_CAMPAIGN&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_6f6fac3eaa-e2998a5f08-20770865#axzz62RierIaU “In 2019, the number of concealed handgun permits soared to now over 18.66 million – a 304% increase since 2007. About an 8% growth over the number of permits since 2018.” Let that sink in. More than 18.66 million Americans hold a permit to lawfully carry a concealed firearm to protect themselves and their loved ones. That number does not include the increasing number of states in which one does NOT require a permit to legally carry a firearm.

you betcha they can eventually determine the outcome of elections. https://www.ammoland.com/2019/10/google-discriminates-against-conservatives-climate-skeptics/?utm_source=Ammoland+Subscribers&utm_campaign=e2998a5f08-RSS_EMAIL_CAMPAIGN&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_6f6fac3eaa-e2998a5f08-20770865#axzz62RierIaU -
The danger of the left's twisting of definitions of words

When they can't get their way one way, they invent new definitions of words ...and crimes. They are even doing it nationally, to any republican opposition to them getting more power, more wealth, and winning more elections. They will pick and pick, twisting what is this, what is that, what is a crime, then they will change it at will, if they can. Interesting article: https://www.ammoland.com/2019/10/atf-lower-receiver-dilemma-recalls-stalin-era-axiom-on-crime/?utm_source=Ammoland+Subscribers&utm_campaign=e2998a5f08-RSS_EMAIL_CAMPAIGN&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_6f6fac3eaa-e2998a5f08-20770865#axzz62RierIaU 'Read more: https://www.ammoland.com/2019/10/atf-lower-receiver-dilemma-recalls-stalin-era-axiom-on-crime/#ixzz62X8hw5n2 Under Creative Commons License: Attribution Follow us: @Ammoland on Twitter | Ammoland on Facebook “There's no way to rule innocent men,” novelist and Objectivist philosopher Ayn Rand wrote. “The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.” Lavrentiy Beria, Stalin’s head of secret police, chillingly put that into practice: “Show me the man and I'll find you the crime.” That sure is a far cry from the government’s mandate to “secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.”'

think more comprehensively, grasshopper. The Browns oline has struggled at both tackle spots. HIggins, Calloway and Njoku have been out. After last year, Baker is the object of serious defensive attention. It's more complicated that just stats of the qb.

Browns interest in Skins OT, Trent Williams
calfoxwc replied to LondonBrown's topic in THE BROWNS BOARD
He is a left tackle. I guess Robinson moves to RT. Hubbard has been struggling - was in a walking boot week 4, I think - for an ankle injury that didn't keep him out of the games.... I think this is a very good analysis: https://www.dawgsbynature.com/2019/9/11/20860131/is-the-cleveland-browns-offensive-line-a-mess -

I imagine that is a great move. Interesting: https://redskinswire.usatoday.com/2019/06/05/redskins-trent-williams-holdout-medical-dispute/ -
I thought Antonio Cromartie, a very smart NFL veteran retired player, made a great point. He said Baker was forcing the ball to OBJ and Landry - despite them not being open. Something like that. That can be fixed. I remember Terry Bradshaw saying he played so bad, he nearly got booed out of PIttsburg his first three years. Chuck Noll's first three years - 1-13, 5-9, 6-8. But they kept adding talent, and had the time to gel together, learn what worked, what didn't, etc.
-
I doubt it was his contract... but maybe Dorsey gets the itch to think the grass is greener on the other side of the fence? I think more like "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" Maybe that's a good point. They traded the top notch ROG for a better DE, but at what cost? Corbett was supposed to be a Joel Bitonio. Nope, not at all. Strange - they were about the same size. I do like Seals-Jones, though. A little bit too much musical chairs, I think. Not the coaches' fault.
-
They couldn't trade him, so they released him. He could really play. I don't get it. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, from Yahoo fantasy football: "Darren Fells caught 6-of-7 targets for a very nice 69 yards in Houston's Week 6 win over the Chiefs. Advice: Fells' uptick in usage can be attributed to Houston falling behind 17-3 in the first quarter. Even so, TE Jordan Akins (3/39) was also involved as these two continue sharing the field in 12 personnel sans Kenny Stills (hamstring). Fells will stay a leap-of-faith TE2 next week against the Colts. (Rotoworld.com) Player Note Sun, Oct 6 Darren Fells caught 2-of-2 targets for 20 yards and two touchdowns in the Texans' Week 5 win over the Falcons."

Hey now, that isn't true - I have a new knee now for about 4 years. The other one is worn out, but not too bad. And I started counting my age backwards since I turned fifty. Now I can dance:

I think you can Stop saying blaming the refs is an excuse
calfoxwc replied to Babernakle's topic in THE BROWNS BOARD
I just wonder. What teams make the NFL the most money? Detroit vs Green Bay? Maybe those teams that have been to superbowls? don't know. Just...something isn't right. There has to be some reason Goodhell does not hold his referees accountable. -
The Chargers were worse than that bad. They played terrible. Their offensive line isn't rated THAT low, but it should be after that debacle.

Tonight, the Green Bay defender literally throws his arm across the chest of a Detroit receiver, pulls him away from catching the football.... no call. what the.... ???
