  1. I'm all for a third party to give the other two competition and keep them honest. Right now, though, it's like we are on a giant Good Ship America. do we turn left ? or right? or keep going straight ahead? It's just tantrum-throwing to say start all over again with new water and a new ship. It is impossible to happen. I'm tired of those on this board whose egos drive their spews against Pres Trump. They won't admit our economy is running far greater, won't admit Pres Trump is keeping his promises. they are just like the leftwing/democrat/liars/sombeitches ... who openly have adopted hateful nonsense as some kind of fake reality - thinking that they can undo the last presidential election, because they are po'd that they lost the opportunity of a lifetime - they nearly turned the tables on America and owned it via corruption, padding our electoral system with millions of illegals, padding states' voter registrations with the deceased, the relocated out of state, etc etc etc, and inviting as many illegals to get drivers licenses, to help them vote. and staffing our legal system with leftwing anti-Constitution hacks, including our Supreme Court they nearly owned. For example - all this fake indignation over Pres Trump and our military taking out a top world's most terrible terrorist. from the same party that applauds rampant no-excuse abortion on demand, no matter when. Even after they are born. More than a few times, there are those who want to control the narrative on this board - as in, prevent the political side they don't like...from speaking. And when they can't, they complain to the extreme, and personally attack primary posters who oppose them. and then leave the forum. Too bad - but like the Senate - we should not go with the dishonesty from the other side. The obamao clinton mafia/deep state has a dangerously tenacious grip on our country.
  2. Just because we've been there before several times doesn't mean that this time is also a bad hire. Stephanski seems different, bigtime, to me. Driven, like Bellicheck. A leader AND teacher. Serious AND a fun guy. A tough head coach who means business, and a great head coach to get all the players on board, and get all the assistants and coordinators to be a TEAM. A very, very intelligent hc. compared to hue or kitchens - who just couldn't take it all in at all... Stephanski, I believe, takes it all in in an instant. Smart, very smart guy. I'm good with forgetting the failures. I believe Stephanski and co will not fail. As in, right out of the gate, they will be successful.
  3. Mexico Could Pay For The Wall But It Will Be A Little While https://www.forbes.com/sites/jeffreydorfman/2019/01/16/mexico-could-pay-for-the-wall... Jan 16, 2019 · Thus, Mexico could indirectly pay for the wall through the new trade agreement over a decade or more.
  4. well, obaMao advocate - Mexico WILL pay for a wall – Trump is right | Fox News https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/mexico-will-pay-for-a-wall-trump-is-right Rather, he said, Mexico will be paying for the wall indirectly, “many, many times over” via the trade agreement his administration recently renegotiated with Canada and Mexico to replace NAFTA ...
  5. if he doesn't, it's because he is a girly-man who was a cheap shot artist even before the NFL.....
  6. yep, pretty much a done deal, I guess. https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2870781-report-brandon-staley-rams-agree-to-contract-as-dc-to-replace-wade-phillips Report: Kevin O'Connell, Brandon Staley Finalizing Rams Contracts as New OC, DC
  7. Absolutely. There are gems out there, though. The Titans have a ROG, Nate Davis, 3rd round pick - played at Charlotte College, NC.
  8. my opinion, don't be surprised if they wait til after the NFL draft......
  9. sick sombietches are serious, too. https://www.theblaze.com/steve-deace/bernie-sanders-staffer-gulags
  10. just found this: https://www.nfldraftdiamonds.com/2019/09/offensive-line/ Alex Taylor, OT, South Carolina State – Let’s face it the big guy stands at 6090 and is built like a house. He is not fat or sloppy, he is a former basketball guy with great footwork and length. He is one of the best offensive lineman in the entire 2020 NFL Draft, and I feel he will fly up draft boards over the next couple months. Hunter Watts, OL, Central Arkansas – Central Arkansas deserves to be talked about all month after beating FBS opponent Western Kentucky, and one of the main reasons they won is because Big #77 was a dog against the WKU pass rushers. The 6080, 320 pound offensive tackle from San Antonio has NFL written all over him. Remember his name. Tyler Weterrings, OL, Emory & College – Let’s not just talk about FCS prospects, let’s thrown in some small schools you have never heard about. Weterrings has been the starting left tackle since his Freshman year for the Wasps. He stands at 6080 and weighs 300 pounds. I am a fan of Weterrings and believe he can play at the next level. He will need a little work as his level of competition is a little weak, but I feel he can hold his own against the big dogs. We are talking about a D3 prospect here, but D3 lineman usually do not look like this kid. He should be at a bigger school, someone dropped the ball when recruiting.
  11. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2020/01/14/report-browns-will-hire-steve-wilks-or-joe-woods-as-defensive-coordinator/ I don't know........ I'm thinkin Joe Woods.... maybe. Although... with Wilks there would be some continuity. Joe Woods.
  12. and posted it. THEN they had to admit they did it. the mullah etc - huge disgrace. https://www.theblaze.com/news/report-revolutionary-guard-has-arrested-the-person-who-posted-video-of-ukrainian-plane-being-struck-down-by-iran
  13. Watching the title game, Burrow is a locked in 1st overall. In all my years, I don't remember watching a college qb and thinking "he plays like he is a pro qb already". I wonder how many high draft picks New England would have to give to Cincy to trade up? lol
  14. Stephanski nailed it. He's far, far smarter and cooler than arrogant self centered Hue, and Good ole boy Kitchens. Kevin seems like the right hc. "Analytics is just a tool". I love that. and, he has a fine sense of humor in how he answered the usual stupid questions from "reporters" like MKC and a few others.
  15. generally speaking, for good reason. But then there are those few who the trends don't apply to. I think I would LOVE for the Browns to get this kid: 2020 NFL Draft: Alex Taylor is the top offensive tackle sleeper Every NFL draft class seems to possess some sort of spectacle. Whether it’s a former basketball star taking his talents from the hardwood to the gridiron. Or perhaps a huge, athletic freak who forces scouts to salivate at the thought of his potential. I don't know what round he'll go in. I hope every other team thinks he's too tall, and the Browns find a chance to draft him later. I think if he lasted til the fourth round.... https://www.profootballnetwork.com/2020-nfl-draft-alex-taylor-top-offensive-tackle-sleeper/ " "Routinely he wins reps with emphasis. At times Taylor looks like Michael Oher in The Blindside as he topples over opponents and drives them way off the ball. For such a big lineman, naturally, there would lie concerns regarding leverage. However, that comes easy for Taylor. He’s a natural knee bender and does a tremendous job of getting underneath his opponent with tons of power on engagement. Not to sound cliche, but Taylor is the epitome of a dancing bear. The size is obvious, but where Taylor really impresses is in his movement skills. He sinks well in his hips and moves around the arch with ease. Taylor has shown progression in his pass sets with quickness and depth in his kick slide. His length is one of his best attributes which Taylor uses to his advantage time and time again. The flashes he’s shown as a pass protector are mightily encouraging. However, he’s even more dominant as a run blocker. It all starts with leverage for Taylor in the ground game. Once he engages his opponent and gets a grip on them, the clamps are turned on. Taylor has exceptional leg drive and holds his form while pushing defenders away from the play. His combination of power and reach makes it easy to open running lanes. As polished as Taylor may be for a guy who’s only played football for about four or five years, of course, he’s not a finished product. You see Taylor struggle when reacting inside to delayed blitzes. Developing an inside power step would do wonders for his game and that’s something that should come with time and more experience. Taylor has also shown inconsistent grip strength and hand usage. Despite the rawness in terms of experience, Taylor possesses the unmatched size and physical tools. He’s much further along than you’d expect for a player who has only had football as their sole focus for a few years. Taylor has absolutely dominated the competition over these past two seasons and has played his way to being an NFL Draft pick. 2020 NFL Draft status Through all of the HBCU/FCS prospects I’ve evaluated thus far, Alex Taylor is the best I’ve seen and has the best chance of getting drafted. Size and athleticism will always draw scouts. However, when you have a quality, improving skillset to go along with that, the sky is the limit. NFL scouts are sure to have caught wind of Taylor by now. In what is viewed to be a top-heavy offensive line class, Taylor will be a prime project pick in the mid-late rounds. I’d love to see him get a chance to perform at the Senior Bowl this winter and compete against some of the best college football has to offer. That could do wonders for his draft stock and boost his name recognition. "
  16. Looking around...two names: Kevin OConnell sp? and Jim Caldwell. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/former-nfl-head-coach-jim-caldwell-eager-to-return-to-sidelines-in-2020/ offensive coordinator for the Browns.

  18. https://brownswire.usatoday.com/2020/01/13/east-west-shrine-bowl-prospect-preview-offensive-tackles/ it's actually a deep class of offensive tackles.... 19. OMG. 12 years.... ***************************************** New York Giants (1979–1990) In 1979, Belichick began a 12-year stint with the New York Giants alongside head coach Ray Perkins as a defensive assistant and special teams coach.[24] He added linebackers coaching to his duties in 1980 and was named defensive coordinator in 1985 under head coach Bill Parcells, who had replaced Perkins in 1983. The Giants won Super Bowl XXI and Super Bowl XXV following the 1986 and 1990 seasons.[25][26] His defensive game plan from the New York Giants' 20–19 upset of the Buffalo Bills in Super Bowl XXV has been placed in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.[27] Cleveland Browns (1991–1995) From 1991 until 1995, Belichick was the head coach of the Cleveland Browns. During his tenure in Cleveland, he compiled a 36–44 record, leading the team to the playoffs in 1994, his only winning year with the team.[28] Coincidentally, his one playoff victory during his Browns tenure was achieved against the New England Patriots in the Wild Card Round during that postseason.[29] In Belichick's last season in Cleveland, the Browns finished 5–11, despite starting 3–1.[30] One of his most controversial moves was cutting quarterback Bernie Kosar midway through the 1993 season. Kosar was signed by the Dallas Cowboys two days later and won a Super Bowl with the Cowboys in Super Bowl XXVIII. In November 1995, in the middle of the ongoing football season, Browns owner Art Modell had announced he would move his franchise to Baltimore after the season.[31] After first being given assurances that he would coach the new team that would later become the Baltimore Ravens, Belichick was instead fired on February 14, 1996, one week after the shift was officially announced.[32] ***************************************** 1979...to 1991... oh, no. 12 years. DAMMIT lol

  21. I have to say, for all the fans who have paid so much for season tickets,... that this is very much a make or break hire, I think..... Fail this time, and I can see where the old Saints "shopping bag over the head" would be in order. One more failure, I can see where the Haslams should just sell the team. Putting an outstanding staff together, new hc works out... now is the time, Haslams, to put up or shut up. Failure is not an option. Most fans should EXPECT a playoff run. I've made a few excuses "first year hc, etc. takes time". well, it seems time has run out for 3 yr plans that never come to success. The time is now. But no pressure on Stephanowski. lol
  22. I was wrong. But Kris Richard was my choice to be the next head coach. 2020 Predictions for the Browns!! calfoxwc replied to Kvoethe's topic in THE BROWNS BOARD Kris Richard - should be the next head coach of the Browns. It's his time. January 1 20 replies
