  6. not at all. the deep state wants power to control who runs the gov. Trump is making a bad mistake of judgement with tweets about upcoming cases - giving the corrupt left an obvious false claim of influencing Barr's team's work. That is one part of his tweets that MUST STOP. I understand tweeting in his being attacked all day, every day, dishonestly, by the left in the House, even the Senate... but somebody should have advised him to avoid the tweeting about IG criminal cases. stupid mistake on Pres Trump's part.
  7. as I've said before - civil unions was the answer to the problem. but the left wants control, the left wants to take down Real America to manipulate their power to greater heights. So, they invented a farce - and even the supreme court ruled that the left had the power to force Real America into changing the definition of Real Marriage. It's a sad state of affairs - with Justice Robertson having a gay sister, so he went with deciding with the farce "gay marriage" - instead of recusing himself.

Pack Back Issues Subscribe Article ANALYSIS Seven Signs of a Falling Nation By Bruce A. Ritter No government, kingdom or society lasts forever. Here are seven factors that contributed to ancient Rome’s demise—warning signs that exist today within the nations of the American and British peoples. In an interview with the Financial Times, U.S. Comptroller General David Walker stated that the United States government “is on a ‘burning platform’ of unsustainable policies and practices with fiscal deficits, chronic healthcare underfunding, immigration, and overseas military commitments threatening a crisis if action is not taken soon…” The article added, “Mr. Walker warned that there were ‘striking similarities’ between America’s current situation and the factors that brought down Rome, including ‘declining moral values and political civility at home, an over-confident and over-extended military in foreign lands and fiscal irresponsibility by central government.’” He added, “I’m trying to sound an alarm and issue a wake-up call.” "...... The Family Unit Few understand that the family unit is the basic building block of every thriving society. Within the family, young minds are first taught the importance of building character, controlling one’s emotions, setting worthwhile goals, striving for excellence—or at least this should be the case, as it was generations ago. At the start of the Roman Empire, fathers took seriously their role in properly instructing, training and educating their sons, and mothers taught their daughters as well. The example of strong and active parents daily ingrained into children the importance of obedience, deference to civic authority and respect for the laws of the land. But as new generations came of age, the family weakened and fractured. Husbands and wives gave in to the pulls of human nature to engage in widespread adultery, inevitably leading to increasing rates of broken marriages. Divorce for virtually any reason became legal; wives only had to say to their husbands three times in succession, “I divorce you!” to bring it to pass. Also, parents came to spoil their children, who then grew up to become lazy adults who were irreverent, disobedient to authority and had little respect for the elderly or the “old paths” of social norms and values. Likewise, the family unit in America, Britain, Australia, Canada and other sister nations of the West is under constant assault. Broken marriages and fractured households are now the norm. Few fathers exercise a strong hand in teaching, guiding and correcting their young, often leaving mothers to fill both parental roles. Children are growing up pampered and catered to, never learning to accept and recover from setbacks—never being taught to “rise up before the hoary head, and honor the face of the old man” (Lev. 19:32), which is connected to fearing God—never instructed to think of others before themselves. They live in a fantasy world in which they “must” have cellphones; they “need” their privacy; they “have rights.” "
  12. oops, went too fast - true, my bad. I actually haven't finished my next post - where I ran across a draft profile that really criticized his "mess" of footwork. It compared the Jones situation as not ready to start at LT. However, then I ran across this terrific article about Greg Robinson at LT - some keen insight ! https://www.theringer.com/2017/6/16/16040560/greg-robinson-los-angeles-rams-detroit-lions-offensive-line-busts-dc63ea1482f6 In that, picking Jones even about 15 might not be the right call after all. Then I ran across this article - which is really good. https://www.nydailynews.com/sports/football/jets/ny-josh-jones-houston-offensive-line-senior-bowl-20200123-77u6qgwmxncixbsjwpk5peg5g4-story.html "The 6-7, 310-pound Jones has the size and athleticism made significant strides in his footwork this season to get into the first-round conversation. " “I just get the job done,” Jones said of his pass protection. “This year I let up four pressures… and a half a sack. I’m dominant at it. I take pride in it. If I give up a pressure, if I’m even close to (giving up) a sack, I’m kicking myself in the butt. It’s just pride. I feel like every O-lineman has that pride.” " “Everybody can line up and play offensive line,” Jones said. “But it’s a different mindset (to be elite). It’s a battle every single play, every single time you’re to war. You have to be on your Ps and Qs every single time. You can’t slip up. You have to be dominant.” " ************************************************************************** So, the Jets might jump ahead of the Browns, to the Jag's spot and get Josh Jones. that would royally suck, because I almost wanted to take back my pick, now I want to take Jones at ten - the Jets have their eyes on him at 11. I love this kid. I really, really like his attitude. He loves the game and is working hard at it. LOL. I'm so confused. I'll have to have a talk with Flugels about it to get my mind right. lol ************************************************* 1. Jones... agree can trade down for him unless a run starts early... in which case it'd be a mistake to take him at #10, IMO. If either Wills or Thomas is there, you take them as unlike Jones they are "plug n play" LTs. Jones has talent, but needs work... a lot of work. The OT that'd give me fits considering at 10 is Becton... I've seen boards with him higher than Thomas. TOUR ****************************************** I know, I"ve seen Wirfs #1, Becton #1, Wills #1. It's uplifting to know that Jones' footwork has vastly? improved. I don't know. I've read where Thomas doesn't look good in space. And, that Wirfs' feet might be a touch slow for NFL speed rushers. And that Becton is a huge dancing teddy bear - powerful and can still really move. For LT ? I just.... don't know. lol ****************************************** 2. Dugger... I like the kid, too... but not this high. Very talented and deep Safety class. No need to reach. This feels to me like the spot to go LB or DT hunting... maybe even interior OL. TOUR ****************************************** I picked Dugger, rather than later on picking another safety, because he has tweener size to act as a coverage lb like Simmons, a tall bigger safety that can cover most of these TE's that keep coming free over the middle so many times - with all sorts of defenses. Dugger is my "poor man's Simmons", which, I can't get later in the draft after round two. I don't know really, just thinkin, but I appreciate your comments - you are probably right. A top LB/DT/..IOL would also be a better idea if you could get your safety in the third round. Thanks ! It is very complicated. lol
  13. it's a civil war of sorts - in our entire government. that is why they have to take down our President. Dislike Pres Trump whatever reasons - they recently just called VP Pence a "dog" and have legally tried to screw over Pence's Wife. They would have started in on Pence, even if Pres Trump was a wimp who gave up and resigned. It's a civil war for control of our country - and control over all of our lives and they permanently want us to be helpless to ever change it back.
  14. Maybe, but God is still there, and inevitably, hopefully before our society gets too damaged.... it will get reversed. Now that Pres Trump isn't putting gay socialist activists who disregard our Constitution and Bill of Rights completely in their politically advantage decisions.
  15. so there is your "hero", Tex. An over the top deep stater who deems it necessary that only the deep state runs our country and to hell with OUR CHOICE as PRESIDENT and OUR CHOICE TO SET POLICY. They demand to set the policy. THEY can go to hell. WE did NOT ELECT these dangerously supreme leader bastards. Vindman was one of them - of course that pizzes them off - they lost leakers and fellow traitors/deep state informants. Which, the CIA also had one in the inner workins of the WH too. EXACTLY what was going on on the "Shooter" series on TV and the "Shooter" movie. go watch it. and then realize what all is going on...is the same thing. not a coincidence, I'm starting to think. seriously.
  16. so... Vindman clearly jumped the chain of command. You know (unless you never were really in the service, which I seriously doubt is the case) that jumping the chain of command is a very serious offense. I've typed up article 15 and court martial docs over it. Kelly ignores this to bash Pres Trump at every turn. Kelly is another powerful crook of the deep state. Like comey, clapper, brennan, mccabe and all the rest. https://newspunch.com/white-house-chief-staff-john-deep-state-traitor/ White House Chief of Staff, John Kelly, Ousted as Deep State Traitor Former West Wing communications official Cliff Sims, the author of Team of Vipers: My Extraordinary 500 Days in the Trump White House, describes in his book how he heard Kelly discuss how to stop Trump from withdrawing troops from Syria with former Deputy White House Chief of Staff Joe Hagin. Breitbart.com reports: Sims describes the hallway between the Oval Office and the Vice President’s suite in the West Wing, setting the scene for what he heard Kelly saying about Trump’s policies: On the afternoon of Thursday, March 29, I was sitting in the back hall way of the West Wing, outside Jared’s office, waiting to fill him in on my impending move to the NEC. The President was in Richfield, Ohio, announcing plans to “rebuild America’s crumbling infrastructure,” so in his absence, the West Wing was uncharacteristically quiet. But since he was flying straight from Ohio to Mar-a-Lago for a long Easter weekend, most of the staff had stayed behind, including General Kelly and Deputy Chief of Staff Joe Hagin. The back hallway of the West Wing is a roughly twenty-five-yard straight shot from the Oval on one end to the Vice President’s suite on the other. Working your way down the hallway from the Oval, on the left side was the President’s private dining room, Jared’s office, then the Chief’s suite. On the right side were the Roosevelt Room; the scheduler, Michael Haidet; and Hagin. This was the most prime real estate in the entire building. In an environment where proximity to the President was power, this was the inner sanctum. The hallway was lined with the usual combination of historical paintings, antique cabinetry, and famous busts and sculptures. The ceiling was slightly curved, like the top of the number zero. While the upper press office, where I worked, was the bustling center of activity, not to mention accessible to the media, this place was almost serene. About fifteen feet down the hallway from where I was sitting, I could hear the TV inside the Chief’s suite airing coverage from Trump’s Ohio event, which was set to begin any minute. Hagin sauntered out of his office and across the hall, where he found Kelly standing in front of the TV with a couple of other close aides. Though I hadn’t intended to, I overheard their entire, un guarded conversation. At that point, Sims then describes the conversation he overheard between Kelly and Hagin, in which they criticized the president’s style of rolling out major announcements–and where Kelly said that Trump “better not” announce a U.S. withdrawal from Syria: “I talked to the President on the plane and he swore to me that he wouldn’t announce anything about Syria,” Kelly said, in an exasperated tone. I knew immediately what he was talking about. The President had for some time been privately expressing a desire to pull U.S. troops out of Syria. I wasn’t involved in the national security decision-making process, but his inclination to pull out was well known throughout the building. Top military officials were urging him to keep a couple of thousand troops in the country to clear out the last remnants of the so-called Islamic State. To that point he had begrudgingly acquiesced, but his patience was running thin. Kelly clearly was expect ing him to say something about the topic anyway. “We won’t know until he walks offstage,” Hagin replied with a resigned chuckle. This was a common sentiment among staffers who bristled at Trump’s tendency to go off script during his remarks. It also happened to be what made him interesting to watch—no one knew what he would say, not even the staff. “He d— well better know not to screw us on this,” Kelly growled. I was taken aback by this brief but revealing exchange, which seemed to encapsulate Kelly’s view of his job and of the President himself: which was that Trump was a missile of chaos and Kelly was the general trying to keep him in the silo. Many reporters over the years reported that this was Kelly’s view of the job—to various denials from the White House—but we all knew it was true.
  17. A. Adultery is also illegal. good grief. B. Why is prostitution illegal? Generally, prostitution is illegal because of the collateral consequences; when prostitution is legal, the evidence is clear that illegal human trafficking increases. Girls are kidnapped and basically forced into this lifestyle, even in locations which regulate and attempt to protect the industry. C. Why illegal drugs are bad? Illegal drugs aren't good for anyone, but they are particularly bad for a kid or teen whose body is still growing. Illegal drugs can damage the brain, heart, and other important organs. Cocaine, for instance, can cause a heart attack — even in a kid or teen. D. https://tfpstudentaction.org/blog/10-reasons-why-homosexual-marriage-is-harmful-and-must-be-opposed 1. It Is Not Marriage Calling something marriage does not make it marriage. Marriage has always been a covenant between a man and a woman which is by its nature ordered toward the procreation and education of children and the unity and wellbeing of the spouses. The promoters of same-sex “marriage” propose something entirely different. They propose the union between two men or two women. This denies the self-evident biological, physiological, and psychological differences between men and women which find their complementarity in marriage. It also denies the specific primary purpose of marriage: the perpetuation of the human race and the raising of children. Two entirely different things cannot be considered the same thing. 1. 2. It Violates Natural Law Marriage is not just any relationship between human beings. It is a relationship rooted in human nature and thus governed by natural law. Natural law’s most elementary precept is that “good is to be done and pursued, and evil is to be avoided.” By his natural reason, man can perceive what is morally good or bad for him. Thus, he can know the end or purpose of each of his acts and how it is morally wrong to transform the means that help him accomplish an act into the act’s purpose. Any situation which institutionalizes the circumvention of the purpose of the sexual act violates natural law and the objective norm of morality. Being rooted in human nature, natural law is universal and immutable. It applies to the entire human race, equally. It commands and forbids consistently, everywhere and always. Saint Paul taught in the Epistle to the Romans that the natural law is inscribed on the heart of every man. (Rom. 2:14-15) 3. It Always Denies a Child Either a Father or a Mother It is in the child’s best interests that he be raised under the influence of his natural father and mother. This rule is confirmed by the evident difficulties faced by the many children who are orphans or are raised by a single parent, a relative, or a foster parent. The unfortunate situation of these children will be the norm for all children of a same-sex “marriage.” A child of a same-sex “marriage” will always be deprived of either his natural mother or father. He will necessarily be raised by one party who has no blood relationship with him. He will always be deprived of either a mother or a father role model. Same-sex “marriage” ignores a child’s best interests. 4. It Validates and Promotes the Homosexual Lifestyle In the name of the “family,” same-sex “marriage” serves to validate not only such unions but the whole homosexual lifestyle in all its bisexual and transgender variants. Civil laws are structuring principles of man's life in society. As such, they play a very important and sometimes decisive role in influencing patterns of thought and behavior. They externally shape the life of society, but also profoundly modify everyone’s perception and evaluation of forms of behavior. Legal recognition of same-sex “marriage” would necessarily obscure certain basic moral values, devalue traditional marriage, and weaken public morality. 5. It Turns a Moral Wrong into a Civil Right Homosexual activists argue that same-sex “marriage” is a civil rights issue similar to the struggle for racial equality in the 1960s. This is false. First of all, sexual behavior and race are essentially different realities. A man and a woman wanting to marry may be different in their characteristics: one may be black, the other white; one rich, the other poor; or one tall, the other short. None of these differences are insurmountable obstacles to marriage. The two individuals are still man and woman, and thus the requirements of nature are respected. Same-sex “marriage” opposes nature. Two individuals of the same sex, regardless of their race, wealth, stature, erudition or fame, will never be able to marry because of an insurmountable biological impossibility. Secondly, inherited and unchangeable racial traits cannot be compared with non-genetic and changeable behavior. There is simply no analogy between the interracial marriage of a man and a woman and the “marriage” between two individuals of the same sex. 6. It Does Not Create a Family but a Naturally Sterile Union Traditional marriage is usually so fecund that those who would frustrate its end must do violence to nature to prevent the birth of children by using contraception. It naturally tends to create families. On the contrary, same-sex “marriage” is intrinsically sterile. If the “spouses” want a child, they must circumvent nature by costly and artificial means or employ surrogates. The natural tendency of such a union is not to create families. Therefore, we cannot call a same-sex union marriage and give it the benefits of true marriage. 7. It Defeats the State’s Purpose of Benefiting Marriage One of the main reasons why the State bestows numerous benefits on marriage is that by its very nature and design, marriage provides the normal conditions for a stable, affectionate, and moral atmosphere that is beneficial to the upbringing of children—all fruit of the mutual affection of the parents. This aids in perpetuating the nation and strengthening society, an evident interest of the State. Homosexual “marriage” does not provide such conditions. Its primary purpose, objectively speaking, is the personal gratification of two individuals whose union is sterile by nature. It is not entitled, therefore, to the protection the State extends to true marriage. 8. It Imposes Its Acceptance on All Society By legalizing same-sex “marriage,” the State becomes its official and active promoter. The State calls on public officials to officiate at the new civil ceremony, orders public schools to teach its acceptability to children, and punishes any state employee who expresses disapproval. In the private sphere, objecting parents will see their children exposed more than ever to this new “morality,” businesses offering wedding services will be forced to provide them for same-sex unions, and rental property owners will have to agree to accept same-sex couples as tenants. In every situation where marriage affects society, the State will expect Christians and all people of good will to betray their consciences by condoning, through silence or act, an attack on the natural order and Christian morality. 9. It Is the Cutting Edge of the Sexual Revolution In the 1960s, society was pressured to accept all kinds of immoral sexual relationships between men and women. Today we are seeing a new sexual revolution where society is being asked to accept sodomy and same-sex “marriage.” If homosexual “marriage” is universally accepted as the present step in sexual “freedom,” what logical arguments can be used to stop the next steps of incest, pedophilia, bestiality, and other forms of unnatural behavior? Indeed, radical elements of certain “avant garde” subcultures are already advocating such aberrations. The railroading of same-sex “marriage” on the American people makes increasingly clear what homosexual activist Paul Varnell wrote in the Chicago Free Press: "The gay movement, whether we acknowledge it or not, is not a civil rights movement, not even a sexual liberation movement, but a moral revolution aimed at changing people's view of homosexuality." 10. It Offends God This is the most important reason. Whenever one violates the natural moral order established by God, one sins and offends God. Same-sex “marriage” does just this. Accordingly, anyone who professes to love God must be opposed to it. Marriage is not the creature of any State. Rather, it was established by God in Paradise for our first parents, Adam and Eve. As we read in the Book of Genesis: “God created man in His image; in the Divine image he created him; male and female He created them. God blessed them, saying: ‘Be fertile and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it.’” (Gen. 1:28-29) The same was taught by Our Savior Jesus Christ: “From the beginning of the creation, God made them male and female. For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother; and shall cleave to his wife.” (Mark 10:6-7). Genesis also teaches how God punished Sodom and Gomorrah for the sin of homosexuality: “The Lord rained down sulphurous fire upon Sodom and Gomorrah. He overthrew those cities and the whole Plain, together with the inhabitants of the cities and the produce of the soil.” (Gen. 19:24-25) Taking a Principled not a Personal Stand In writing this statement, we have no intention to defame or disparage anyone. We are not moved by personal hatred against any individual. In intellectually opposing individuals or organizations promoting the homosexual agenda, our only intent is the defense of traditional marriage, the family, and the precious remnants of Christian civilization. As practicing Catholics, we are filled with compassion and pray for those who struggle against unrelenting and violent temptation to homosexual sin. We pray for those who fall into homosexual sin out of human weakness, that God may assist them with His grace. We are conscious of the enormous difference between these individuals who struggle with their weakness and strive to overcome it and others who transform their sin into a reason for pride and try to impose their lifestyle on society as a whole, in flagrant opposition to traditional Christian morality and natural law. However, we pray for these too. We pray also for the judges, legislators and government officials who in one way or another take steps that favor homosexuality and same-sex “marriage.” We do not judge their intentions, interior dispositions, or personal motivations. We reject and condemn any violence. We simply exercise our liberty as children of God (Rom. 8:21) and our constitutional rights to free speech and the candid, unapologetic and unashamed public display of our Catholic faith. We oppose arguments with arguments. To the arguments in favor of homosexuality and same-sex “marriage” we respond with arguments based on right reason, natural law and Divine Revelation. In a polemical statement like this, it is possible that one or another formulation may be perceived as excessive or ironic. Such is not our intention.
  18. what a beautifully honest and very brilliant article. We elected an imperfect human being as president, being his intentions perfectly show up in how he is keeping his promises sincerely, to have our backs, as Real Americans, and continuing to fight for us despite all the dishonest and illegal hell the left is working so desperately on, to destroy him and his family. and in the final result, they want to destroy Real America - and all of us. because they can't control us any other way.
  19. you really think you could be blackmailed about not brushing your teeth? lol I mean, come on, man.
  20. the stupidest part of your post, as nearly always, is your complete ignorance of knowing how to analyze issues. You FEEL issues like an amoeba. that only slithers on wood. like a slimey woodypeckerhead. if a judge is gay, and is afraid of the secret getting out, that judge is obviously (except to you, of course, and Tiam too) apt to be manipulated against his own judgement, by threats from the deep state to out him. So, that gay judge would "decide" based on not wanting to be outed. A normal heterosexual judge - doesn't have to worry about being outed. LOL it's really odd to have to explain that to a birdbrain, but it is what it is.
