that is troubling - worse yet - that despite comparisons to "just a type of flu" .... if this is indeed a developmental stage bio-weapon - it could include not just flu/lung symptoms... but also - it could mutate. It's possible to develop something like that - and develop vaccines for it in it's different stages - but another country - not knowing the stages - would be helpless to develop vaccines ahead of time.
