  6. you betcha and I don't get it. He just posted yesterday: lol. so, Hoorta is a mod, and smarts off to Gorka over on the football side.. As he says "when beaten insult", he insults Gorka. , calls him a "dipwad"......and, he smarts off about "so fu***** intellectually superior" when he goes apecrap when someone disagrees with him, and threatens to give them a warning point, etc etc etc. Proves my long-standing point - the left knee jerks automatically in tune with only their emotions. When their emotions flip, so does their stances. "When beaten insult" ? Then HE insults? that is what they do. They flip like mexican jumping beans, and maybe aren't aware of it, or don't care until they get called out on it.

  9. I was very pleasantly surprised at the moderator - she really didn't step on Pres Trump like I suspected she would. She did interrupt him far more often when he was making a great point, and only did the same a few times to biden. For being a democrat, she did a fairly nice job of being fair. All in all, biden was scrambling away from the truths - he DID say he'd ban fracking. He DID lie about nobody lost their health insurance because of obamaocare. He DID lie about Pres Trump having a bank account in china. It was closed in 2015. If talking about what biden did not do during his eight years as VP, and 48 years in office....was a kick in the ass, biden would need surgery to ever sit down again. and biden had no choice but to admit his crime bill was a MISTAKE. well, he never corrected it since 1994. 26 years, eh? and, raising the minimum wage across the board - it's been PROVEN that that backfires badly. that is what biden wants to do. $15 minimum wage hike is hitting, hurting NYC restaurants https://nypost.com/2019/09/29/15-minimum-wage-hike... 14. Ten Wins for Gun Owners That Never Would Have Happened in a Hillary Administration So here are the top ten highlights that gun owners can celebrate from the past four years: Victory #1. President Trump nominated and confirmed two (soon to be three) pro-Second Amendment Supreme Court Justices and over 200 pro-Second Amendment Federal and Circuit court judges. The impact of this action cannot be overstated. Barring the Left’s plan to pack the Supreme Court, the confirmation of these judges and justices will enshrine our right to keep and bear arms as our nation’s precedent for generations to come. Victory #2. President Trump recently renewed his promise to sign Concealed Carry Reciprocity if Congress put such a bill on his desk. Victory #3. The Trump Administration worked closely with Gun Owners of America during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Responding to a letter from GOA, the Department of Homeland Security issued a memo designating the firearms industry as “essential business.” Because many states directly referenced the DHS guidelines for “essential business,” many gun stores were immediately protected. In other states, this DHS designation became an essential tool for GOA when fighting to overturn unconstitutional state shutdown orders. Victory #4. President Trump directed his administration to restore your right to keep and bear arms on over 400 lake and river projects, totaling over 11 million acres of public lands in 43 states. Victory #5. President Trump kept his campaign promise by signing House Joint Resolution 40 into law, which rejected a final rule submitted by the Social Security Administration. Without the President’s actions here, an estimated 75,000 otherwise law-abiding citizens would have had their names submitted to the NICS system as prohibited persons each year. Victory #6. President Trump unsigned the UN Arms Trade Treaty before thousands of gun owners, saying the following: Victory #7. President Trump empowered his administration officials to repeatedly attempt to allow Defense Distributed to publish 3D printed gun files. While the Obama Administration began this infringement, the Trump State Department settled the lawsuit in 2018, allowing for “unlimited release.” Unfortunately, several states’ attorneys general filed a lawsuit and won an injunction against the opposition of the Trump Department of Justice. The case is currently pending. Victory #8. President Trump’s Department of Justice filed an Amicus Brief with the Supreme Court in the case New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. New York City in support of the defendants. While the high court dropped the ball with the case, the Administration’s brief was a huge show of support for the individual right to keep arms. Victory #9. President Trump’s Administration successfully completed a modernization of export control regulations on the American arms manufacturing industry. It also removed a regressive federal registration fee of $2,250 that small gunsmiths and firearm companies were forced to pay even if they did not manufacture, or export firearms or ammunition. This was a huge win for small gun businesses and the firearms industry. Victory #10. GOA opposed the passage of the unconstitutional Fix NICS legislation from start to finish. In response to GOA’s hard-hitting criticisms of Fix NICS that gun owners with unpaid out-of-state parking tickets would be subject to a federal gun ban, President Trump moved to redefine the ATF’s interpretation of the prohibited person category, “fugitive from justice.” This resulted in the successful elimination of tens of thousands of names from the NICS background check system. Instead of facing vehement and unrelenting assault by a Hillary Administration, gun owners were handed this series of public political victories over the last four years. No, we did not get Concealed Carry Reciprocity or pass the Hearing Protection Act, but we also have not sent the majority of pro-gun elected representatives we needed to Washington D.C. This 2020 presidential election will determine if our next president will sign or veto legislation put on his desk and the congressional elections will determine whether that legislation is pro-gun or gun control. So, get out there and vote on November 3rd! Let’s vote for politicians who will fight to put Concealed Carry Reciprocity legislation onto the president’s desk. 15. OTH, we voted early in person, the Stark County had everything very nicely set up. We were in a long line outside, but in very little time, we were inside the door, and quickly could go vote. It was no problem at all. They had a lot of machines.

  18. as to gun ownership. How many of the gun owners in America will vote for corrupt bendover for chinese commies ? http://www.fourwinds10.com/siterun_data/government/us_constitution/gun_control/guns/news.php?q=1603121227 Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden’s proposed gun control policy includes a provision that could require every AR-15 rifle be registered under the National Firearms Act of 1934. Unless there were some form of carve-out, this could mandate that American gun owners pay a $200 federal tax per AR-15 that they own. The National Rifle Association’s Andrew Arulanandam told Breitbart News that the current “low end” estimate of privately-owned AR-15s in the United States is 18 million. A tax of $200 on 18 million AR-15s means that gun owners could potentially be required to a pay a collective $3.6 billion in taxes, if this policy were enacted into legislation. That figure does not even consider other guns that might be deemed “assault weapons” by Democrats, which could also fall under the same provisions of the National Firearms Act. In addition to the $200 tax, owners of guns that are deemed “assault weapons,” under Biden’s view of the NFA, could also be required to register these weapons with federal authorities, submit their finger prints and photograph, and potentially submit to an FBI background check. All of this is detailed on Biden’s campaign website, which states in bullet-point form (emphasis in original): Regulate possession of existing assault weapons under the National Firearms Act. Currently, the National Firearms Act requires individuals possessing machine-guns, silencers, and short-barreled rifles to undergo a background check and register those weapons with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Due to these requirements, such weapons are rarely used in crimes. As president, Biden will pursue legislation to regulate possession of existing assault weapons under the National Firearms Act. The above paragraph on Biden’s website links to a memorandum from former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords’ Giffords Law Center that calls for the regulation of “assault weapons” under the National Firearms Act (NFA). The Giffords’ memorandum notes: The NFA, enacted in 1934, was the first federal regulation of the manufacture and transfer of firearms. Machine guns, short-barreled rifles, and silencers are currently regulated under the NFA. In order to possess NFA firearms, individuals must undergo a background check process that includes the submission of photo identification and fingerprints and requires the registration of the firearm with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Individuals must also pay a $200 transfer tax, an amount that has not changed since the NFA was established in 1934. The Giffords’ memorandum then calls for the policy that the Biden campaign website also endorses: “Giffords proposes that Congress require all existing assault weapons to be regulated under the National Firearms Act.” The Giffords’ memorandum specifically defines “assault weapons” to include the AR-15, stating: “Assault weapons are a class of semiautomatic firearms that are designed to kill people quickly and efficiently. The most common variety, the AR-15, is the civilian version of the M16, a combat rifle that made its debut on the battlefield in Vietnam.” As noted, if lawfully enacted, this policy could encompass “all existing assault weapons.” In practice, this could mean every American who owns a weapon like an AR-15 — or any other gun deemed by Democrats to be an “assault weapon” — could be required to submit their fingerprints and photograph, undergo an FBI background check, register these weapons with the ATF, and pay the federal government a $200 tax for each weapon. In an interview last year, CNN’s Anderson Cooper asked Biden, “So, to gun owners out there who say, well, a Biden administration means they’re going to come for guns?” Biden responded, “Bingo. You’re right, if you have an ‘assault weapon.’ The fact of the matter is they should be illegal, period.” AWR Hawkins is an award-winning Second Amendment columnist for Breitbart News, the host of the Breitbart podcast Bullets with AWR Hawkins, and the writer/curator of Down Range with AWR Hawkins, a weekly newsletter focused on all things Second Amendment, also for Breitbart News. 19. 10-18-20 A total of 353 counties in 29 U.S. states have 1.8 million more registered voters than eligible voting-age citizens, according to an analysis by Judicial Watch. In addition, eight states, including Alaska, Colorado, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Vermont, were found to have statewide registered voter totals that exceeded 100 percent of eligible voters, according to the nonprofit government watchdog. Judicial Watch compared the registration data available for 37 states with the U.S. Census Bureau’s most recently available American Community Survey (ACS) numbers for the period 2014–2018 on a county-by-county basis. “This new study shows 1.8 million excess, or ‘ghost’ voters, in 353 counties across 29 states,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton in a statement announcing the study Oct. 16. “This data highlights the recklessness of mailing blindly ballots and ballot applications to voter registration lists. Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections.” The nonprofit said its study “is necessarily limited to 37 states that post regular updates to their registration data. Certain state voter registration lists may also be even larger than reported, because they may have excluded ‘inactive voters’ from their data.” “Inactive voters, who may have moved elsewhere, are still registered voters and may show up and vote on election day and/or request mail-in ballots.” In a similar study last year by Judicial Watch, 372 counties were found to have more registered voters than those eligible to vote. The ACS data in that analysis covered the period 2013–2017. States are required under a federal law approved in 1993 to make all reasonable efforts to maintain updated voter registration rolls, but enforcement of the statute was almost nonexistent until recent years when Judicial Watch began suing individual states. Earlier this month, for example, Judicial Watch sued Colorado seeking to force it to clean up its registration rolls. At least 42 of Colorado’s 60 counties have more registered voters than eligible citizens, according to the latest Judicial Watch analysis. Denver County’s registered voter total equals 103 percent. The nonprofit sued Illinois in federal court in September seeking to obtain registration data the state has refused to make available, a violation of the 1993 law. The Supreme Court in 2018 upheld a Judicial Watch settlement with Ohio in which that state agreed to a cleanup program of the registration rolls. A settlement last year of a Judicial Watch suit against California resulted in Los Angeles County officials agreeing to actions that could result in the removal of 1.5 million inactive voters. The results of the Judicial Watch analysis come as the nation nears the end of the 2020 campaign, which has been marked by massive efforts by Democratic state and local officials, encouraged by colleagues in Congress, to use mail-in ballots as widely as possible. The mail-in ballots are claimed to be required to accommodate voters concerned about being in large crowds and thereby being potentially exposed to the CCP virus, also known as the novel coronavirus. A national lockdown of the economy and restrictions on movement of the populace that began in March remains in place to greater or lesser degrees seven months later, with the strictest restrictions generally being found in Democratic states. There have been multiple news reports in recent weeks of thousands of mail-in ballots being trashed, along with accusations in several cases that the destroyed or trashed documents were by voters intending to support Republican candidates. Some of the reports have also included absentee ballots, but there’s less controversy about them because states have long experience in dealing with such voting. President Donald Trump has repeatedly predicted that the widespread use of mail-in ballots will encourage voting fraud, potentially delaying by days or even weeks a clear determination of whether he or Democratic rival former Vice President Joe Biden, will occupy the Oval Office in 2021. “There is fraud; they found them in creeks, they found them with the name Trump in a wastepaper basket,” Trump declared during his first nationally televised debate with Biden. “This will be a fraud like you have never seen.” In one case, Stefan Neimann, a German journalist living in the District of Columbia, reported receiving three blank mail-in ballots, including one to an individual known to be deceased. “The chaos that Trump lamented with the delivery of mail voting papers is here. I am not allowed to vote here,” Niemann wrote in a tweet, according to a translation. “But three ballots came to my Washington address: for the previous tenant who moved five years ago, the landlady living in Puerto Rico, and her deceased husband,” he said. Biden insisted during the debate, however, that there is “no evidence” of fraudulent mail-in voting. At least 25 million people have already voted in the 2020 election, thanks to numerous states beginning to allow ballots to be cast prior to Nov. 3, with Florida having an estimated 1.6 million. At the same point in the 2016 election, fewer than 2 million voters had cast ballots. https://www.theepochtimes.com/new-data-analysis-finds-353-counties-with-1-8-million-more-registered-voters-than-residents_3543242.html?utm_source=newsHS&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=breaking-2020-10-18-2
