  1. nope. but he is guilty of involuntary manslaughter. In my goofy opinion - guilty of all three charges was a political repetition out of being intimidated. For the same action, three different repetitive charges? Which ONE is it? the first one is a stupid charge - it wasn't a felony to put his knee on the guy's neck if that is procedure. The second one - certainly nails it IMHO. The third one.... is also a stupid charge - IMHO. The length of time is hideous, though, but doesn't seem "depraved".... They had to prove INTENT to murder the man, and how could they have done that? I think the 9 minutes is a horrific length of time - second degree manslaughter alone is what he was actually guilty of.... but I am not a lawyer, obviously. Max sentence - for the second one listed...25 years. Count two is 25 years. I would suggest that on appeal, the charges will be reduced to second degree manslaughter. I also think I would have made a great investigator, but a terrible juror maybe. https://minnesota.cbslocal.com/2021/04/20/derek-chauvin-guilty-verdict-george-floyd-death-trial/ Chauvin was convicted on the following charges: Second-degree unintentional murder means causing death without intent by committing a felony. Second-degree manslaughter is causing death by unreasonable risk. Third-degree murder means causing death by an “eminently dangerous” act, showing a “depraved mind.” https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/how-many-years-will-derek-chauvin-be-prison-after-guilty-n1264839

Leave it to Hoorta and his little woodpecker to love the current damaging of America, and hating the well over 200 accomplishments by Pres Trump that was GOOD/GREAT for AMERICA. meanwhile, all this time, and neither one can name ONE good/great thing their biden puppet, buttock obaMao commie, nor kamoola have ever done good/great for AMERICA in their entire lives.

  6. There is a few more names that I think would fit - Patrick Surtain.... https://www.si.com/nfl/packers/news/nfl-draft-cornerbacks-alabamas-patrick-surtain-ii but the corners will be long gone before the Browns second pick. but there one guy I'd think could be a terrific starter eventually, in a later round... https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/2021-nfl-draft-prospect-profile-paulson-adebo-cb-stanford/ar-BB1fIUE5
  7. https://www.foxsports.com/ohio/story/bruce-arians-tim-couch-cleveland-browns-110614 In an interview with Peter King of The MMQB, Arizona head coach Bruce Arians called Tim Couch the most misunderstood player he ever coached. Arians was Cleveland’s offensive coordinator in 2002 under head coach Butch Davis. The Browns went 9-7 during the regular season and earned the franchise’s only playoff berth since the team returned to the league in 1999. Arians was asked who the most misunderstood player was that he ever coached, and he answered, "Tim Couch. Hell of a player. Tim was no bust. It kills me when people call him a bust. His arm was just so torn up he couldn’t play anymore. He would have been a real good one." Couch played five seasons in the NFL, all with the Browns. He threw for 11,131 yards, 64 touchdowns and 67 interceptions. His 75.1 quarterback rating ranks him sixth in team history for all players with at least 750 pass attempts. He was the first overall draft pick in 1999 and the franchise’s first selection following Art Modell’s decision to take the team to Baltimore.
  8. aha ! Well, that explains that - Good for Parsons. Some teams may pass on him - what that's saying? you can take a hoodlum out of the hood, but you can't take the hood out of the hoodlum? Couch was a NOT a bust, ....... it wasn't all his fault. His oline got po'd that the rookie started instead of the veteran. I watched it - they blocked entirely different for the veteran, and they weren't that good to begin with. His wr's were mediocre, offensive line let Couch get the hell beaten out of him on the snap.... the offensive line couldn't gen much of a running game. Northcutt? https://factoryofsadness.co/2020/04/01/cleveland-browns-tim-couch-wasnt-bust/ Cleveland Browns: Tim Couch wasn’t a bust, no matter how you look at it It also didn’t help that his two best receivers were a slot guy in Dennis Northcutt and a great number two receiver in Kevin Johnson forced to play number one. No wonder when he wasn’t being slaughtered by the defensive line, he didn’t have the best success throwing the ball. Davis also showed his hand a bit as a head coach. Sure, he had a great run at the University of Miami, but he relied on former Hurricane players far too much, and built a team that was at best inconsistent, and at worst poorly built. With the Browns, Davis had full control. Opting to take Gerard Warren over LaDanian Tomilson, despite the team’s desperate need for offensive playmakers. They also passed on Chad Johnson for Quincy Morgan in the same draft. Then the team chose Green over Ed Reed and Javon Walker in 2002. Wanna talk about Kellen “No Knees” Winslow in 2004? No? I didn’t think so. In fact, the Browns didn’t draft a rookie offensive lineman until the 6th round in the 2000 NFL Draft. The first linemen taken in the first day (which covered the first three rounds back then) was Melvin Fowler in 2002. It would take the Browns FOUR years to draft a lineman in the first round of an NFL Draft in Jeff Faine. Faine was actually a good player, not a Hall of Famer but did his job. Couch’s offensive line was abysmal. The best offensive lineman was Dave Wohlabaugh, and he was a center. The left tackle in 2002 was Ross Verba, more known for his scandals than his play. Though it all, the Browns only “big” addition through free agency was Ryan Tucker, a former starter on the Rams SuperBowl teams. When healthy he played well and was with the team until he left the league. Yet, the team rarely made plays to improve the offense. By the time they did it was too late for Couch. His shoulder was shot, and all the progress he made from his rookie to his fourth season was washed away with steady and persistent unprotected hits. It’s hard to call someone a bust when he produced and did something no other quarterback has done in 21-plus years in Cleveland; take the Browns to the playoffs.

  11. wait - the jury was NOT SEQUESTERED???????????????????? what a farce trial.
  12. just like the nazis. If it is for the power of the nazi party, it's accepted and promoted. This isn't going to end well for America. https://www.theblaze.com/news/democrats-motion-censure-maxine-waters
  13. Liberals have special privileges. See, they FEEEELLLLL, and they LIVE by their feelings. so THEY feel good when they bash and character assassinate anyone who won't make them FEEL ELITE. Feeling elite makes them FEEL special. But bash them back, and they don't feel specialness anymore. so they go into a rage. and if they can just get the power, they will make anyone who doesn't kiss their pretend dicktater ring out of spite. They "win" arguments that they haven't won, because not winning makes them FEEL not special. They creep up into being bossy, even in churches. and the military. and the clergy. in all sorts of groups. Like, online forums where they can become unethical moderators. But their FEELINGS are the only Bible they know. They can't believe in God because they makes them FEEL less special. The damage done to our country will become more and more dramatic, and Pres Trump did over 200 good/GREAT THINGS for AMERICA. And not one liberal can name any one thing that their biden did good/great for America. That is why other people can't say bad words like "butt"....but a certain specialness feeling person can. Having the right to be a hypocrite makes that person FEEEEELLLLLLL SO SPECIAL. Kinda like charles manson - he was "SO RIGHT"... blech.
  14. Surprisingly, I think Micah Parsons might be a bust. https://247sports.com/Article/Micah-Parsons-New-York-Giants-2021-NFL-Draft-character-concerns-affects-Odell-Beckham-Lawrence-Taylor-comparisons-Penn-State-Nittany-Lions-164150301/#:~:text=In a report by Ryan Dunleavy of the, takes him so they don't have to decide."

  16. I regret not starting my homemade sauerkraut to have it to take to Canton Mike's. I did go out and buy an actual 2 liter jar that is actually made for that purpose, with an automatic pressure releaser. Homemade kraut with good hotdogs is excellent. Unless you don't like kraut.... Maybe I'll make some good crackers with cream cheese and anchovie. Or just Veggie Thins with a good sharp cheddar cheese.
  17. it surely was cowardice that led to the trial not being moved to a neutral location to try to have a fair trial.
  18. But anyways, back to guns - we don't need more laws. The fake "common sense gun laws we need em" pouty elitist feelers can't win. Crazy sick people still commit crimes, drug cartels they invite into America still commit crimes, illegals probably let out of mental hospitals flood our borders along with a lot of destitute welfare permanently people that they want to flood in..... they want to legalize drugs, let criminals out of prisons, and let their black/brown shirts destroy big radical leftwing run cities... but they want to take away OUR guns etc.....and let veterans sleep on garage floors and put illegals up in fine hotels. It's just a matter of them FEEEELLLLLING WONDERFUL about their pitiful selves by opposing everything great about America, fighting to turn it all upside-down, inside-out, and bass ackwards. Look at our national debt. Back in the day, our huge debt was a slur against a republican president. NOW? it's reaching critical damage meltdown, and they do not give a freaking pigeon turd. Probably because they save them up and have them for cereal for breakfast in the morning. "Common sense" gun control is just another twerk in the face of Real Americans who BELIEVE in our constitution.. yeah, they pretend to believe in "global warming" as a mode of control. They bring it up every time they don't have a democrat liberal for president. see the trend there? it's very, very telling.
  19. A. really dumb post. B. So, 70 million years ago, the earth was tropical. THEN it cooled off, RIGHT? SO WHY THEN DID THE ICE AGE HAPPEN ?????? LOL? The most recent glaciation period, often known simply as the “Ice Age,” reached peak conditions some 18,000 years ago before giving way to the interglacial Holocene epoch 11,700 years ago. I suppose you think a whole bunch of ancient peoples had factories and cow farts and hot rods and trucks 18,000 years ago, and created too much CO2?????? LOL LOL. Do explain how you FEEL that that is somehow true. LOL C. Do some reading on the subject that isn't from cnn, msnbc or moveonupobaMao'sleg.org..... https://weather.com/science/environment/news/2020-03-05-tropical-forests-losing-their-ability-to-absorb-carbon-dioxide Tropical Forests, a Key Weapon Against Global Warming, Are Losing Their Ability to Absorb Carbon Dioxide, Research Shows Deforestation and Its Extreme Effect on Global Warming ... https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/deforestation-and-global-warming Nov 13, 2012 · By most accounts, deforestation in tropical rainforests adds more carbon dioxide to the atmosphere than the sum total of cars and trucks on the world’s roads.
