  1. these things said are so completely without merit, I can only conjecture that it's a "social media - look at me I am so outrageous" kind of thing. Like "look at me, I say the covid vaccines are magnetic, and will turn you into a magnet" ... the list goes on and on and ....where does it ever end? I hope it eventually goes away, but I wouldn't bet a penny on it.
  2. I was agreeing with you that Keenum had better wr's. What, no one is allowed to agree with you either? So, you think Baker has Corey Coleman or what? lol and you said you were putting me on ignore.... The first two I listed were late round draft picks. Treadwell was a first round draft pick. all three were All Pro. So, they had good receivers with Keenum. The Vikings drafted wisely at the wr position. With similar stats, as you said, Baker doesn't have that advantage. have a nice pompous day !
  3. true, Stefon Diggs, All Pro....Adam Thielen, All Pro, and Laquon Treadwell, All Pro(first round draft pick). and the Head Coach was there for two years before Keenum came to play for the Vikings. So, Baker had similar stats...with wr's NOT All Pro, (except for Landry - who has been playing hurt)..... doing a whole lot the same with a whole lot less. Well, better offensive line for Baker. And Keenum, in 2017 had Pro Bowl Te Kyle Rudolph.
  4. going to have to go back to my winning meal, it worked every time last year - the Browns always won: https://www.realtree.com/timber-2-table-wild-game-recipes/old-fashioned-squirrel-and-dumplings
  5. We got our booster shots today. No problem. The flu shot last week hurt like hell, I think she used a 3/8" copper water pipe....lol
  6. oh, that is worse than bad. I think Stefanski is terrific, but not perfect. We have a real coach. But with injuries, covid, and a DC that gets on my nerves, yes, I really appreciate the dramatic improvement.
  7. Tim Couch - the stupid coaches - the offensive line was toast. They played so bad, I was convinced they deliberately let Couch get the absolute hell beaten out of him because they wanted the veteran whatshisname in there.
  8. It's a given that criticism is all over the place. The Browns are disappointed in their record, fans are. But about Baker Mayfield.... Leadership is truly being who you are, truly believing in the right things, and living as you believe them. It's having the courage to stand up for what you believe, and live it. Leadership is the willingness to lay it on the line when that time comes, and truly being dedicated to the right things. And never, ever quitting...and being 100% certain about the things you believe in. It's also giving it every bit of effort because you are real. Leadership is by example - leadership is EARNED. Authority is granted. Respect is EARNED. Baker has 100% leadership. He inspires his teammates. When someone shows that leadership, it inspires people around them. Pro qb's- Baker is certain at the top of that list. It isn't every qb in the NFL that has it - as I see it. Most of us could probably name a group of pro qb's that don't have it. Baker - hell yes. Sam Darnold - nope. ....Josh Rosen, NOPE. Josh Allen, YEP. right down the list. Who can argue that Baker doesn't have that leadership? However.... he is hurt. and he is getting hurt worse. Baker won't quit - it isn't in his dna. He has always risen to roadblock occasions, when doubters didn't think he could...but he goes out and wins. But he's injured - and will go out there with a pair of crutches if he has to. It isn't ego - it's confidence, daring, and courage..... and basic contrariness. I get it. But it's past the point of letting Baker be himself and defeat the odds. It's a team game, Keenum knows what he's doing, he isn't injured...what is the point of not letting him play? But, I suppose if the Browns coaches had taken Baker out and played the squealers with Keenum and still lost....all hell would break loose that the coaches overreacted and put the backup in there...etc. No, I was never allowed to play sports. But I do know, after my knee was reconstructed in the summer after the ninth grade, it took a few years to get back to where I was. And, though I they sent me home from the military draft process because of my knee, I enlisted 2 1/2 years later for good reasons - after basic, which my knee barely made it through... my knee was a lot worse off. lol. I never had a good knee til after a friend got upset at how painfully I walked, and my Wife had tears in her eyes at the grocery store when my worn out knee went out on me, and she helped me from falling. So, I went and got a bionic knee. If I could only have had two bionic knees in hs...never mind. But it is time for Stefanski and the rest of the committee of coaches to give Baker some time to heal. Let Keenum start. Or, at least, put Keenum in at halftime, like should have been done vs Detroit. Baker's teammates will be just as inspired by his spirit and courage etc on the sideline at this point. If the Browns had a trio of outstanding get open dynamic wr's, and Baker could just get the ball to them enough times, maybe ok. But they don't, and he can't consistently right now. I would have kept him on the sidelines when they played the Steelers, but whatever. My point is, nobody is going to stop believing in Baker Mayfield with injures on the sideline. But, let him keep struggling with his injuries and going out there.... I'm just sayin...... It's in Baker's DNA. He will lay in on the line every time. He has incredible courage, toughness, desire, work ethic, desire to win.....but It's time, actually, past time, for Stefanski to put Keenum in. At this point, Baker's career could be in jeopardy - and I'm fascinated by some of the plays he can still make. But he is unable to make plays he could always make before. However it turns out, put Keenum in.
  9. disastrous, corrupt, and incompetent presidency and congress - russia AND communist china will move to take advantage. They would NEVER have done it during Pres Trump's presidency. all hell may break loose. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/u-s-intel-shows-mass-russia-troop-buildup-near-ukraine/vi-AAQYfa9 U.S. Intel Shows Mass Russia Troop Buildup Near Ukraine
  10. That was a dismal second half. Early on, the wr's were being legitimately held... but no pass interference calls? When they finally started to call it, Baker was seen on TV saying "FINALLY"...... but it was a dismal game by 'Baker. Sit him now, before he gets physically ruined, and isn't ready to practice next summer... Gotta admire the heck out of him, but he needs to stop playing. He does not throw like himself, obviously. Note to Stefanski - PLEASE stop running on first down so much. I kept saying "first down, one yard..." "first down, two yards", "first down, no yards" til my Wife looked at me and I quit. lol They want to establish the running game, sure - but on nearly every freaking first down??? Again, I would never have had Baker play vs the squealers. Once Landry got a knee ? injured on a play where Baker badly throw into the turf in front of him, (well after the high floater over throw that was an INT), they couldn't score even a field goal the entire second half? Baker needs to at least sit while Keenum plays. Having Baker out there is not their best chance of getting to the playoffs. Now, unless the Browns can learn to make adjustments at halftime, they will keep losing nice leads here and there - making the playoffs far away.
  11. well over 400 AMERICANS LEFT BEHIND. a lot of prosecutions should be happening over the betrayal. and all that high tech equipment - "traitor" is applicable to every one of them who did it. Especially the lapdog military advisors
  12. It must be sad. but he won't admit it....
  13. Oh, no. Baker didn't see our TE open? that "proves" he's only average? I'm telling you it's a TEAM GAME. well, if that is your and Tiam's criteria, you think Tom Brady is only "average" and Brothlessbooger is only "average". ****************************************************** https://www.foxnews.com/sports/tom-brady-struggles-finding-wide-receivers Tom Brady aware of struggles finding open wide receivers this season ****************************************************** Steelers QB, OC Not Worried About Silly Official Run/Pass ... https://steelersdepot.com › 2018 › 12 › steelers-qb-oc-not-worried-about-silly-official-run-pass-ratios Oh and let's not forget about Roethlisberger missing wide-open wide receiver Justin Hunter in the end zone a few games ago. *****************************************************II you mentioned Rodgers, btw, do you see a Devonte Adams on the Browns roster? yes or no?
