I received a text from Suzanne yesterday and she said that Bruce is resting comfortably and right now the nurses are only coming by the house 2-3 times per week. She thanked all of us for the thoughts, prayers and love. She sounds like she is strong.  

We are urged not to use our ACs, large appliances and you guessed it, charge our electric cars or rolling black outs will happen..... Yet they want 30-50 million more electric cars by 2035 but not one politician has talked about the new generation plants, distribution stations and delivery infrastructure that will be needed to cope with the massive new demand.

God I hate this state.

As for homo's question, it's too soon to say for certain, but my gut feel is the answer is going to be no. I say no not strictly because of the slime that surrounds Watson, but because of the guaranteed money that he has stuffed in his pockets.

Human nature is fairly consistent and I'll give you 53 men all on guaranteed contracts, and I'll take 53 all on the last year of their contracts and one of us is going to fight like hell until the final whistle blows, and the other is going to make a lot of business decisions throughout the game.

There is no longer a carrot dangling in front of Deshaun, and I don't believe he is special enough to overcome it.

The Drive and Fumble have been playing in Baltimore since 1996. 

This is either going to go down as the greatest gamble of all time that ends in a Super Bowl, or the stupidest that will cost a lot of people their jobs and set an already fragile organization back for years and years.... and the controversy and all the shit talking that surrounds it will not only follow the Browns during Watson's reign, but long after he's gone.  

But at least no one will remember 1-31, or The Drive and Fumble. 

I'm expecting the Browns to play a lot better than most are. I know I'm sick and tired of Watson's baggage and the players are no different, so it should be an us vs everyone mentality.

Jacoby will manage the games just fine and surprise a lot of people. I'm expecting similar results from a healthy Baker, just with less peaks and less valleys. 

Kevin needs to call better games this season both in terms of plays and game day Head Coach decisions... time to pull up your big boy panties there Mr. Dreamy. 

I'm expecting the Browns to be in every game deep into the 4th, and that's good enough for me.

I hope Jacoby makes it impossible for Stef to take him out week 12.
