  1. They’ve run obvious picks three time now, gotta throw the flag. our back 7 is laughably bad. Good lord.
  2. Chubb is such a monster. I love me a one cut dude with the power to take it to the house. One thing we did right. that boot action made Mayfield look good. Props to people calling for that, it looks solid.
  3. We’re playing back cause our back 7 is awful and the underneath is there all day.
  4. This is why there should be on obvious review board that supersedes having to use a challenge. To have to burn one there is just dumb.
  5. As a UNC-Charlotte graduate, I just have to say again it's so great seeing Larry ball out. Totally agree, we need to lock him up especially because a lot of dudes are going to look for a deal with the uncertainty of the salary cap over the next few years.
  6. More of a reason to control the ball. On the other side of the ball, Cincy is without 2 DL to include Atkins. No excuse for Chubb to be at 20+ carries, and Hunt at 10+. This team is made to pound the rock-do it. I really wish we would have addressed CB and LB depth this off season. Last week was..rough to watch, albeit against arguably the toughest challenge in the NFL. Coach seems like a guy not afraid to make a tough call. If we're down, at home especially by double digits, wouldn't be surprised to see Keenum come out as a spark.
  7. Simple guess is that it's now "enough" of a kick where they have to think about it? the old extra points were such where if you gave me 20 tries I'd make at least 3-4. Especially when someone gets the yips like Seibert, the fact it's not a gimme is a mental barrier. 50+ yarders almost come with an expectation that its "okay" to miss them. Of course, this logic is why if you ever play golf with me anything within 5 feet is a gimme. 😂
  8. When he double doinked, I’ll never forget a browns fan up about 20 rows just yelling “you suck jackass!” and myself and the people around us just laughing our asses off, that dude included. At that point I was so sunburned I was almost rooting for the dolphins to end our misery.
  9. oh trust me, you're exactly right on him missing those kicks. I was baking in the September Florida sun not sober at all and watched Parkey wang those kicks live. You know, if our practice squad dude was a young blood, or even consistent season vet I'm fine with the move. But knowing Parkey was the one waiting in the wings? Man.
  10. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/29885830/browns-boot-kicker-austin-seibert-cody-parkey-source-says I can't express how excited I am to drop our kicker for a dude who almost got killed by Bears fans for missing kicks! Is what it is. Seibert just looked awful yesterday, that's how it goes. Both attempts were plain lousy, but I figured he'd get a few more weeks anyway.
  11. I’m doing this on my phone, but I know I’m right saying this. Something like the last 12 super bowl champions were top 10 running teams except this past years chiefs squad. The majority of them were top 5-6. Empirically, you are just incorrect.
  12. Couple of random musings, no particular order. -coach didn’t seem over his head today. Obviously made some calls I didn’t care for, but also called a game that should have had us within a score going into half time. Very obvious execution errors. I actually wasn’t against fake punt, again the first down was there but execution was terrible. Overall I never had a “WTF” moment, which I’m taking as a win. Discipline penalties were seemingly much more under control. -hard not to see Baker making the same mistakes and looking the same in the pocket today. I’m going to take an educated guess our offensive line will grade top 5 against some tough dudes. #6 left the pocket early, had happy feet, and just made bad throw. Tough to see, candidly no progression in that area after one week. -I get the Ravens offense is tough to stop, but our backer unit is just..tough to watch so far. Just looked completely lost. I really wish they would have at least attempted to address that more, but it’s gonna be tough sledding for that unit.
  13. It was overtly obvious Baker was told to force the ball to him 3rd quarter. It obviously didn’t work. His demeanor is one of someone who doesn’t give a shit. and yes, for sure. The pocket was VERY clean today for 6. He bailed too early multiple times.
  14. I mean my original comment pretty clearly says “talent around him”. Don’t know why that was cut off.
  15. Baker has the 2nd leading rusher, a back up RB they paid 13 million dollars, a five time pro bowl WR who set the record for most receptions through 5 years, the highest paid TE in the league, and a WR most consider top 10 in the nfl. Three of our offensive lineman and pro bowlers, and our tackle is a top 10 pick. Not to mention, Baker was numero uno drafted. None of that is true for ravens on offense and we just got embarrassed. Willie Snead will have more yards than OBJ today. Should I instead explain that like a 2nd grader to you?
  16. What was so difficult to understand amigo? Watching jackson be a superstar while baker takes 4th down sacks with good protection, throw a ball high to an open man on 3rd, and throw bad footballs is tough to watch. You want to explain it you like a 3rd grader?
  17. Same year different result. Baker scared to throw in big downs and instead takes a sack on 4th down. Case Keenum calls will be on the boards by week four. cya Thursday fellas off to take my daughter to the park.
  18. Pretty difficult watching a rival quarterback turning into a superstar while your number one pick is failing to progress, especially when your dude has clearly better talent around him. Only silver lining today here Is that outside the chiefs this was the toughest week one draw in the NFL.
  19. It can’t be stated enough the forcing of the ball to OBJ is a detriment to our offense. What a farce
  20. The defense is a bunch of nobodies playing against arguably the 2nd best QB in the league. ObJ is an 18 million dollar player who had a gimme catch that he dropped that completely changes the outlook of this game. He deserves way more blame.
  21. Literally they have Andrews doubled covered and that is the result. they intentionally planned for Andrews to get that ball, and he dunked on us. the odds of being this bad over two decades is just unfathomable.
  22. It’s hard to start feeling this OBJ thing isn’t working out. Inexcusable to drop that pass. guarantee this turns into points for the Ravens. 100%.
  23. Bad scheme on that 3rd down though. Lamar is wayyy too good to send a delayed blitz on third and short. that being said our back 7 is nightmare fuel. I get Lamar is a matchup nightmare but they are just lost puppies out there.
