Twice now he has tried to con the parole board into believing he did it in self defense when there is overwhelming evidence to the contrary. Well last week they gave him another 3 years of time before the next hearing, courtesy of the state, to contemplate his transgression. 5 years ago they allowed him 5 more years before the next hearing.
