THE BROWNS BOARD

But the law has nothing to do with this proceeding

“Legally speaking, incitement has an incredibly high bar that none of Trump’s actions since the election come close to meeting. These standards were set by the Supreme Court in its landmark Brandenburg v. Ohio case. Among other things, the decision held that in order to constitute incitement to violence, speech must include intent and specific, not abstract, instructions to act. It also required that the speech in question would likely produce “imminent lawless action,” which went a step further than the previous legal tests for incitement. According to the ruling:

“[T]he constitutional guarantees of free speech and free press do not permit a State to forbid or proscribe advocacy of the use of force or of law violation except where such advocacy is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action.”

It did not go on to say "unless you really really really hate the guy, in which case it's okay to disregard that part."

It's concerning, ....in small ways, these leftwing radicals in our gov defy their own "guidelines" ...they are special people.

Like Kerry - "eeking out a ton of carbon is the only way to travel for someone like me"...

right.

but everybody else has to tow the line.

Pelosi and her beauty salon trip when they had ordered them all closed.

Newsome and his entourage having a big dinner at a restaurant, when they were all ordered closed, I think it was?

'etc etc etc.

Dangerously corrupt, above the law, defying their own edicts. Kangaroo courts for no legal reason - just emotional knee jerk political "hitjobs"....

labeling ALL political opponents the enemy who must be put into camps/deprogrammed/socially and financially ruined.

Sounds like Venezuela and Nazis during WWII to me.

Those of us that bothered to watch Trump’s full speech will recall a moment in which he explicitly called for non-violent protest.

In a court of law, that would be case closed in his favor.

But impeachment is political, which makes it partisan.

using their power to defraud all political opponents just reeks of the old soviet union...kgb...east germany...Venzuela....NK...

total corrupt power - Hoorta's heroes desperately want it.

But this is AMERICA  - it won't stand.

When they edited what Pres Trump said, to use in their fake impeachment, that tells the tale right there.
