Also liked the Dorito 3D with McConaughey.

And The Boss' flight of whimsey was decent... not going to sell many Jeeps tho.

I thought McConaughey was getting ready to film Dallas Buyers Club II when I saw how thin he was.

The Boss fucking rules.

Couldn't wait until it was over.  Not too many good commercials either. The game was over in the 3rd quarter.

Agree.  Game disappointing ...just from a "not riveting" standpoint.    Mediocre commercials.  (because Budweiser opted out?).   Bad halftime show.

And food is food.  We had pizza from Antonio's.  Good pizza

KC has no OL left... story of the game so far along with KC acting like they've never been there before.

That and a mystery hold on Evans when Honey-Badger ended up with a pick.

And halftime was about as exciting as a wet loaf of bread...

Goes to show even a QB as great as Mahomes is worthless if h'es running for his life every time he drops back to pass....

I'll reserve comment on the halftime show. My pal is averse to volume.  I'll replay it tomorrow after wifey goes to work....

This SB is over.  Anyone have any good eats tonight ? lol

Two varieties of pizza thick & thin crust. The usual spread of meats & cheeses. Wines? Nothing super.  Bollinger champagne. 2010 chianti classico, 2010 Rioja riserva.

The team with most SB wins in history is... Tom Brady.

The GOAT.

Not my favorite player, but you can pretty much say- he's the GOAT of the GOATs-  Any sport.

I mean at 43 years old he shredded KC's defense.

Well...to be fair,  he did just catch Otto Graham for the most titles in pro football.

And he has to win 4 more to catch Bill Russell.

And don't forget all these guys:

If I wanted to invest.....or waste.....$200 right now BUF vs GB looks interesting to me.  Plus a few hundred bucks on our BROWNS for the fun of it !

Look at what the Bucs did.. They had to win 4 in a row just to get into the playoffs as a wild card team.. Then they beat, Wash, Nawlins and Green Bay on the road to get to the Super Bowl

Give some farkin respect! That is a tough road!

Then they dominated the heavily favored (yeah, I know -3.5 was the opening line) Chiefs...

I sincerely hope the Browns can match this feat next yr.

Then maybe some of you naysayers will understand my joy tonight..

Go Bucs, go Browns.. I hope we meet in San Diego next year..

We have seen this before a couple of times.     A team gets on an absolute role at the end of the season and carries on to a Super Bowl win. :

2005 Pittsburgh Steelers (11-5-0, 2nd Place, AFC North Division)
Wild Card Playoff – at Cincinnati Bengals – (W) 31-17
Divisional Playoff – at Indianapolis Colts – (W) 21-18
AFC Championship – at Denver Broncos – (W) 34-17
Super Bowl XL – vs. Seattle Seahawks – (W) 21-10

2007 New York Giants (10-6-0, 2nd Place, NFC East Division)
Wild Card Playoff – at Tampa Bay Buccaneers – (W) 24-14
Divisional Playoff – at Dallas Cowboys – (W) 21-17
NFC Championship – at Green Bay Packers – (W) 23-20 (OT)
Super Bowl XLII – vs. New England Patriots – (W) 17-14

Nevertheless, we do appreciate your joy.

The Bucs are the first Wild Card team to not only play the Super Bowl in their home stadium but also win it as underdogs..

Where have ya seen that before Nipper?

The resurrection of Fornette cannot be overstated. Clearly played like he did in his wonderyears at LSU. You could see he had slimmed down and regained that power/speed combination again. Set up Brady's PA passing all night. Looked like he had his acceleration back on that TD run. It was missing in Jax.

TB 31-9 final.  Just saw it again on our local news.  It was indeed a real butt-kicking over a good offensive team on all phases of the game.

Well at least KC got their ring last year and are favorites in 2021-2022 but it's never easy to get back again.

And now we all start over beginning with the draft, camps and get ready for another season.

GO BROWNS 2021 !

Play off Lennie as he's referred to around here.

AB,, Gronk,  Ryan Succop.. All huge understated contributors..

But the biggest un noticed contributor of all?

Tristen Wirfs.. Dude has been a monster all year as a rookie..

And no one knows who he is. :D

Nowhere because obviously if this was the first time for a team to ever play the SB in their home stadium.....any qualifiers beyond that would be the first also.  Win or lose it would have been the first.  Overdog or underdog it would have been the first.
