It can still work. A potent rush opens up the passing game. If the Browns go to a high % passing attack, they will lose much more. Baker isn't really good enough to win like that. In this game, they got to throw a little more as things are, but they still must rush the ball, or Pitt will be teeing off on Baker all 2nd half.
