As we approach the middle of the backstretch: 149 wins the week with a 10-spot and jumps out to a massive two-game lead. The field thins out going from 17 within 7 to 7 within 7. TexasAg1969 Posted November 18, 2020 Report Share Posted November 18, 2020 In my own FFL for the second time I won the $40 first place prize using nothing but WRs because 2 RBs were out for the season, one still on IR and the other declared in too late to decide for week 10. The first time I won it was all WRs and one TE. Ironically the guy I counted on for all the points this week was Davante Adams, but he only got me a TD and not enough TYs to get extra over the minimum of 70. I feel like I rolled 7s those two winning weeks.🤗🎲 This week it's all receivers again with one RB on a Bye and the other going up against the Tits D after only 5 for 24 yds against NE his first week back. Mark O avenges his Survivor death by taking the Week with a 12-spot. Kamac hangs onto first by the slimmest of margins, but it took his third, double-digit week to do so and he dare not look over his shoulder because here comes the field. One pick behind the leader is a 5-way tie for 2nd... even Zombo's never been in a 5-way before. In all there are now 7 within 3 of the lead... 9 within 6... 11 within 8... and a whopping 17 within 11... in other words 2020 has come to Pick'em. I have been picking against the Browns all year, many times knowing it's more than likely a big fat zero for me, but the Browns keep winning solely because of it So, do I change now for that 1 point that could be the difference in my game but will undoubtedly jinx the team? Correctly picking only one of the week's four early games, DB was headed for disaster, but righted his ship to bat .500 for the week. "Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear." TGZ and yours truly posted the week's only double-digit totals to close to within 3 of D Bone's lead. There are now five within 5 and one more within 7 of the leader, but with this being the last week with a full slate of games... ... it's pretty much now or never for the field.
