THE BROWNS BOARD

2020 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7

Browns hit defense hard in Day 2, selecting a safety, DTackle and linebacker. Could easily see them add another LB today.

I wouldn't mind a WR to add to Landry and OBJ, and I'd like Quintez Cephus from Wisconsin.

Very good list!  Tyler Johnson lit it up the last 2 years in the Big 10.  I like his frame too at 6'2" 205 lbs

2018 78 rec 1169 yds 15.0 ypc 12 TD

2019 86 rec 1318 yds 15.3 ypc 13 TD

There's also a guy that can play C/G with a last name that could very easily be pronounced Byad Assss - that may be on our door step at #115.  Not to mention, he comes from a program that has prepared many OL prospects for productive NFL careers ahead.

Biadasz does sound like a middle eastern guy saying badass.

You eat your baba ganoush or you never be a biadasz like me.

I'm thinking we're looking for a WR here, but don't know if they want a slot or if they want Landry to be the slot from here on out. But they may just do a BPA regardless of position. It makes the most sense since Higgins is still part of this team even if unsigned.

One player I really like is one of those NE flea type receivers who can run well after the catch. James Proche from SMU. He was my next best flea for 4th round after Duvernay went off the board.

DJ's best available day 3

And Peter King's best available day 3.

I wonder if we end up taking LB Michael Divinity from LSU late in the draft today. Walterfootball has him as a 3-5 rounder and drafttek around pick 220 overall, but that makes him 7th round and we traded that pick away.

Is this true?? ...I love it if it is.  I just want to get back in this round.  Can we deal Njoku now?

no! Gumby can't make trades 🤓  The Browns FO would hate me..I'd go nutz dumping a few.. If A.Trautman can go where the pick he went? I'd doubt Njoku is going anywhere? But I'd try

Here we go... Cincinnati on the clock...

Interesting stat ESPN flashed: 65% of rosters in the NFL are made up of players drafted in Rounds 4-7 or were undrafted.

Yes wasn't it something like 14% R1 and 20 something % R2......the foundation of guys you can actually pay are today.

Something tells me the Browns offer had to be better than that. Redskins killed themselves by holding out too long.

The day of the draft something along the lines of this is what was being speculated here on 92.3

Browns picks today:

4th (#115)

5th (#160)

6th (#187)

Short day of picking if they don't make anymore deals.  The BROWNS should have a potent scoring offense as is, they've addressed some defensive needs now maybe some cherry picking or BPA stuff.
