He followed that up with an unofficial time of 4.86 seconds in the 40, including a 1.69-second 10-yard split. There were already high expectations for Wirfs heading into the 2020 NFL draft. Do some more research on this guy Tour. Our former OL Coach (Kirk Ferentz) did some research on him and Wirfs started all 4 years for him at Iowa. One scout wrote he's the only OL/LT to accomplish that honor under Ferentz. Another said he saw him as an OG (like Eric Steinbach and Robert Gallery transitioned into). T. Wirfs is the Andre Dillard....honestly, i think c.) Andrew Thomas took a small slide, putting Wills slightly ahead in scouts minds..AT's drills just lacked something that i can't pinpoint yet🤔... Leaving d.) Becton, that can only be compared to Orlando 'Zeus' Brown, but far behind Zeus in position tech but of fighting a Bear 🐼... but it was OB that played the starter snaps of all mentioned above. In closing, We respect your OL views so, the floor is yours & I'll get off my TE soapbox...but i need your opinion on Temple-Matt Hennessy at RG...he also blew me away in drills👀 thanks! TexasAg1969 Posted February 29, 2020 Report Share Posted February 29, 2020 A&M's Madabuike got a lot of Wows and Not a sleeper anymore after his 1.73 split and 4.83 40. My son had scouted him in HS and had warned his team then he was a dominating player as an ILB. A&M put weight on him and converted him into a DT. Doubt he will be there by the time of our 2nd pick. He was going to be my outside rd 1 dark horse this year, but I think he's now been "discovered" into round 1. If he's round two then I get to keep him. It was also a scout in an article I read Larry. I never use Schefter as a football expert's opinion but I'll read his insider stuff. No such claim here, but reminded me that I graduated HS with a then soon to be former Miss Ohio USA... Jackie Urbanek. Pretty girl who went full-blown gorgeous on her way to her crown.
