Yeah, but legalizing drugs, DUI''s, illegal border crossings produce victims, wheras prostition is only fucking. Everyone does it. Everyone is the product of fucking.

Wrong, tell it to the spouse who was cheated on and maybe given a STD from a whore no victims?  Tell it the the children from broken homes because a spouse used a whore...no victims?

well... why not?

What good would it produce compared to the negatives it would produce?

Then I could make the argument that drinking should be illegal.  Unlike the real crimes mentioned, victims happen out of being irresponsible. Both drinking and sex are natural human behaviors not to be criminilaized.  Not being responsible while engaging in sex or drinking does not constitute making either illegal.

There are convincing opinions/studies that suggest that the legalization of prostitution would decrease STD's and sex crimes...and to be fair there are opposing arguments suggesting legalization would not.

Although not out of the question, the idea that broken homes can be the consequence of a one night stand with a whore is probably rare....probably because the wife never finds out!

This article discusses the causes of broken homes and not a word about prostitution. What it does talk about is being unfaithful with regards to having an affair...which is quite different, and much more serious cause the wife sooner or later will find out!

If you legalize it, you can regulate it and remove the disease aspect. The second part about broken homes can happen right this second with dating apps and social media. If a spouse wants to wreck their family, they will find a way. We don’t ban booze or casinos and they do swell jobs of ruining families.

Hey if you all don't mind the thought of one of your family members selling themselves as a cum depository it's on you.  Who wouldn't want a  Stormy Daniels for a mother, wife and/or daughter.

If someone’s mom, wife, or daughter wants to do that, they will do that regardless of any sort of shame from family or friends.

If you are OK with the idea knowing it could be one of your family members doing that God Bless you.

Were paying for it one way or the other....

morally it’s kinda well wrong but hate the sin not the sinner.....

less government sure

problem is that the family structure is in serious trouble already....adding more temptation to an already weakened environment isn’t going to help.

who knows....maybe it would help

(don’t come begging for an abortion though after you get “accidentally knocked up”)

Why should just the laws you want changed?

The laws I would want changed would get government out of your personal life for example someone choosing if they want to be a “cum dumpster” shouldn’t be a decision from someone else. If you want to be a drunk turd, stay off the roads and live your life. Etc. I don’t want government taking personal choice out of someone’s hands if what they are doing is not directly harming anyone else.
