As per the email confirm on the league message board within 7 days. Once 7 days passes I will begin to actively recruit replacements. We would take on 2 additional players if anyone is interested. Last year was WAY to hard tracking people down. Completely different experience to head to head and we also incorporate individual defense players. Adds another layer to the strategy and roster management. We could also use another 2 teams even if everyone from last year plays. 10 teams total would make for a much better experience. PLEASE post on the league board if you are going to play. It is a true pain in the ass to have to continually post , get and whine for this. Last year I had to post MANY times. Right now its Campbells Soupermen (me) Browns Mopar and Flyin J's and Barrys Awesome Team. Pretty sure Tour plans on playing as well............... While a few of you have confirmed most have not. Neither league have enough confirmed at this point to be viable and draft. Last year I deleted a couple of teams because of no response yet they intended to play so I reinvited. If you were in one of the leagues last year is it too much to ask that you confirm either you will or will not be participating?? At this point I have very little time to fill them out. Mod if you could stick this it would help. Honesty without a better process and response time next year I’ll likely not be interested in being commissioner of a league. Folks if you like FF and have not tried a points league with IDP (Individual Defensive Players) you do not know what you are missing. Points take away the ups and downs of head-to-head, weekly match ups... no more having your best week of a season wiped out because the backup QB of your league's, 7th place opponent goes off. It really puts the premium out of drafting well. Plus no more late season impacts from the laggards at the bottom of a league "checking out" leaving the guy you are battling for the final playoff spot head- to-head against a team starting two players on IR. And... The drafting extends to individual Defenders in three groups... DL, LB and DB. How early to take a stud, sack artist vs. a WR who will ride the pine? Is that stud DE a better value than a LB? Stud corner vs. strong FS vs. run supporting SS? It's just a different world... but not so different that the work you put into your weekly league(s) is diminished. On the last point... if you order your draft board for you primary league you can import it to IDP and then work in the individual defenders... it's not much more work for a different experience. I've ran a league with friends for 8 years. It might be worth a new thread on here. You know i'm in and down for both and if you need any help recruiting let me know.
