Indoctrination of liberalism starts early in public schools and then college universities where liberal indoctrination is on steroids. Throw in Hollywood with their movies that many times like to put their PC messages in the scripts and the entertainment industry that heavily skews left, the liberal MSM and it seems obvious most Americans are bombarded with liberal thought and ideology. I think the reason conservatives do as well as we do is many people reject liberalism even when it is being pushed on them seeing conservative ideology as the better route. Someone like Woody may get encouraged that conservatives are going the way of the dinosaur because of the liberal leaning (indoctrinated) young people today but he isn't factoring in that today's young liberals are many times tommorows' older conservatives. The old saying that if you are 20 and are not liberal you don't have a heart and you are 40 and still a liberal you don't have a brain has some truth in it. We've covered this multiple times. For the most part, on social issues, liberals aren't going to become conservatives. The beliefs they've always had are going to become conservative. If we sent Cal back in time some of his beliefs would be considered liberal. Women voting. Interracial couples. Etc. When millennials grow up, they aren't going to all of a sudden be against gay marriage. But that won't be seen as a "liberal" view. The majority of social views millennials hold now they'll hold when they're older. They just won't be considered liberal views anymore. I have a job, a house, a mortgage payment btw. I saw it firsthand. In a math class with a professor who would go on rants about Right to Life being some kind of terrorist group. In an English class a professor would laugh at all the "begats" in the bible. What this ignorant teacher did not know is there is a reason for all those begats in the bible. It was to prove Jesus was the Messiah and He came from the line of David as prophesied in the bible. Jesus could prove that. Anyone claiming to be the Messiah today cannot as the records were destroyed in 70AD with the destruction of the Jewish Temple. So with the liberal bias I experienced in the 80's at a small state college I don't have any problem believing it has only gotten worse today especially in more liberal colleges. Nope it is a true story and that was a problem in many classes where the professors would stray from their subject matter and spout off some of their left wing views in classes that had nothing to do with their views.
