My main problem with republicans through the years is not that they act like the crazies in the democrat party but too often they act timid and sometimes even cowardly. I am big on pro life issues and the republicans are supposed to be the pro life party but so many times I have seen republican politicians act almost ashamed to be pro life because they don't want to fight for the cause. I was concerned about Trump who had a pro choice background and yet he has proven to be the most pro life president we ever had since Roe. He unapologetically speaks up being pro life and has single handedly worked to defund Planned Parenthood. Where were the republicans on defunding the abortion factory of Planned Parenthood? Even when they controlled all three branches of government and had control of spending they never fought to defund PP. Even after the scandal at PP with selling baby parts our republicans would not fight the dems to defund PP and it was obvious the dems were more willing to fight for their pro murder base than our republicans were to fight for their pro life base. Today I vote republican because they are far and away better than the democrats but I don't consider myself republican today just a conservative. We were just discussing the other day about how she helped kill a border deal which woild hsve alleviated the very priblems she was scresming about. Abd ontop of that she threatens to help primary any democrats that dont side 100% with her.
