Fells was the blocking TE and they figure than can upgrade, maybe through draft. DeVulva is supposed to be a receiving TE when he is healthy, but he can be replaced too. Jesse James would be cool to snipe from the Steelers further cutting down their roster. Hell maybe they target Hockenson at 17 or move up a little to get him. Jared Cook would be a great vet signing if they want a vet. Maxx Williams would be a good shot at a reclamation project. Dorsey seems to like those. BobPOUND! Posted March 11, 2019 Report Share Posted March 11, 2019 I thought he was a relatively cheap and effective TE that worked well in our 2 TE Sets for max protection for Baker.. I am not sold that Njoku is going to get the message that he needs to block... Fells caught some really pivotal catched and TD's for us last year.. 2 of the 3 TD's I remember were when Baker was likely 3 or 4 deep into his reads and ole Fells is standing there all alone... But Cook looked incredible last year. He was my Fantasy TE and made me a lot of points... Raiders would be stupid to let him go.. But he is likely a 5 to 6 million dollar hit on the Cap....
