I'm just amused by the fact that Trump is providing to be exactly what most people said he would be: he doesn't give two fucks about conservative values. He only cares about himself. Knowing air traffic controllers would start falling off the grid in a couple weeks wasn't very comforting. Point is if that shutdown had gone on for a couple more months some really seriously profound shit would have started to go wrong and it would have trickled down to the state level as well. Just wait - Pres Trump WILL solve the problem, but to a point, which he made about how serious it is to BUILD THE WALL, no need to just break the stalemate now, and still keep the promise in 30 days one way or another. No one can blame him - it is the dems fascist pigs that refused to give even one dollar for help in building a wall in places where it needs to be - because the left wants to water down the American voter demographics. Trump budged all over the place, and the dems wouldn't budge for anything. That is NOT playing well with a lot of dem congresspeople - and in 2020 = I see that holding in the pres election. IOWs, Pres Trump CALLED THE LEFT's BLUFF, and the left looks like fools now, and most Americans will see that the dems are the obstructionists. We'll see.
