The Gipper
Queston #5 answer: This scene was shot in Kezar Stadium San Francisco. Dirty Harry was released in 1971. The 1970 season NFC title game was held here in Kezar between the Cowboys and 49ers on January 3 1971. So, the filming had to have happened not too long before they played that game. Here is more information on the filming of Dirty Harry at Kezar Stadium: https://dirtyharryfilminglocations.wordpress.com/kezar-stadium/
