And the real fact is the wall is a figment of his imagination. It would not work even if it were built, which it won't be because the terrain dictates otherwise. This is true - except your generalizations of republicans doesn't work. Mccain was a non-republican, just like flake. There is also whats there names - from Maine and Alaska - reluctant to lose the liberal element that also votes for them. That negates the assumption that "repubs control Congress". The dems don't have that problem. They are vetted as liberals before they ever get a chance - and the clintons controlled the purse strings of the dnc.
