I believe it is a failure of our education system to teach history. And then there is always the problem even when history is taught there are those who teach revisionist history...I believe the old saying is true that those who don't learn history are doomed to repeat it.

This is the direct result of the prev gens letting capitalism get away from us. Letting corporations take over and govern our lives. These kids look objectively at the shitstain the prev gens created and they reject it. It isnt about socialism, its about what u malignant festering pustules allowed into our markets cause it "vroom vroom" louder or any number of market perturbations that have made us fatter, sicker, lazier, dumber etc,etc......they dont want it.

One Look at the young people in scandinavian countries and even in russia.......and our young people who are grotesque looking from years of eating the dog food peddled to us by our disgusting market.....they see these young, fit people and think well shit communism cant be all that bad can it?

The fault for this lies with ur generations  period. I could get into nitty grittys as to why our markets almost HAD to get out of hand because of our money creation system thst required ever increasing debt yada yada yada u old **Mask** give no fucks.....even tho reps like ron paul have talked about this for like galf a fucking century. You dont care.....the spoon fed answer to millennials rejecting capitalism is because they're soft little snowflakes. And anything beyond that and ur brains start to hurt, the first warning that ur lizard minds are unhappy with this line of inquisition

Yes, sweden is more democratic socialism or compassoonately capitalistic. The term u prefer will hinge on ur political leanings. Bottom line is they're not 100% capitalist or 100% socialist.....the aim of democratic socialism is to fall roughly in the middle.

U.s VAT is max around 16%, and thats usually handled at the state level. Some states are alot less. Sweden appears to have a flat 25% VAT.......very capitalistic. Ayn Rand loved her trade barriers yes she did....🙄

The problem, of course, is that new york city, not state, is considerably more populated than any scandanavian country.
