There has been allot less complaining on this board since the hue Exodus.  Even ghoulie has been posting positive comments.  WTF.  Lol.

We have something positive to build on fellas.

Well...I think that's the one thing we all agreed on.   Hue was a dead man walking almost no matter what this seasons record turned out to be.   I think the thing that made the beginning of the season (tie with Pisspuke, play the saints tough in NO) fun was that we saw that this team finally had some real NFL talent and could compete.  How many times were we really competitve in the last 2 seasons??

That made the frustration even worse when the losses started coming because there was talent on this team and it looked like it wasn't being used properly.  Why was Baker constantly taking 7 step drops which wasn't his strength or the strength of a pretty weak offensive line?   It was like the team was just doing things because they saw other teams do it and it worked for them so it must work.   No clue how to get the best out of the players that are actually on the team and that seemed to switched immediately after Hue and Toad were shown the door.

Hue's record at Cleveland was out and out depressing, that was like getting out of jail when he left. Amazing even with his stint in Oakland he was never HC material a .205 winning % ?

Yes it is more relaxed being a BROWNS fan.

Yep, why complain? The suck hole left and we look like a competitive team now. And not once have we tried a fake kick without lining up a kicker.

My number one stoooopidest play call of all time.

Now as the song goes, nothing left to do but smile, smile smile!

He came in as an intern couch.  Didn't he ?

That's the strange part he coached 16-16-16 before ever getting canned I think he is destined to be an OC.....

In 2010, under Jackson’s guidance as offensive coordinator, the Raiders' offense finished fourth in the AFC and sixth in the NFL in scoring (25.6 points per game). They also finished fifth in the AFC and 10th in the NFL in total offense (354.6 yards per game), and second in the NFL and AFC in rushing (155.9 yards per game). The Raiders more than doubled their scoring output from the previous year, totaling 410 points. Under Jackson's offense, RB Darren McFadden finished the season with 1,157 yards rushing on 223 carries for a 5.2 average yards/carry and 7 rushing touchdowns. McFadden also had 47 receptions for 507 yards and 3 touchdowns. His end of year numbers were 1,664 total yards and 10 total touchdowns for the 2010 NFL season, making McFadden the NFL's 5th leader in total yards from scrimmage for the 2010 season.

After the 2010 season he was named head coach in 2011 after Tom Cable.

Jackson was fired by the Oakland Raiders on January 10, 2012, after one season as head coach, by new general manager Reggie McKenzie. In his lone season as head coach, the Raiders finished with a record of 8–8 and missed the playoffs after starting the season 7–4........

And now he is BROWNS history.
