Cavs record so far this year:

Date Home/Away Opponent Status Score
Oct 17 @ Toronto-Raptors-70.pngToronto L 116 - 104
Oct 19 @ Minnesota-Timberwolves_70x70.pngMinnesota L 131 - 123
Oct 21 vs Atlanta-Hawks-70.pngAtlanta L 133 - 111
Oct 24 vs bro.pngBrooklyn L 102 - 86
Oct 25 @ Detroit-Pistons_70x70.pngDetroit L 110 - 103

The worst record for the Cavs is a tie between the 1970-1971 season and the 1981-1982 season: 15-67 both times (0.183 winning percentage). Players are asking for fans to stick with them, but it wouldn't be a shocker to see lots of talent traded away for a rebuild.

Either way, is the team headed back to that kind of gutter or do they pull it together and make some kind of progress?

That's not working out...

The first player Altman ever signed to a contract as GM was Kyle Korver. It was a three-year, $22 million deal inked in July of 2017, but it came with an understanding: If LeBron were to leave, the Cavs would either trade Korver or buy him out of the deal so he could move his family to his next team during the summer. So when LeBron left July 1 for the Lakers, Korver asked for the Cavs to move him. They refused because, they told him, they wanted him to play and for the team to try and win.

Go ahead and trade him.   A middling veteran that brings not much to the table at this point except a body to take up minutes....and he will be no part of whatever future this team has.

Thanks for helping bring a title.......but....sayonara.

I actually enjoyed listening to the last two games. The Cavs came up short against Orlando and Oklahoma City, and I definitely hope for a rebuild with some new talent, but there have been some great stretches in some of the games this season. Better than total failure for all four periods.
