With this weeks episode of Randy the Referee..It's Steeler Week and Randy is going to a higher authority.. This Sunday in Pittsburgh looking like 48 degrees with 10 mph winds and 30% chance of rain. Sorry to report, but we are once again assigned another 7 man crew that none have worked together but in this season.The head referee will be Carl Cheffers.A Cal Irvine Sales Mgr.19 years in NFL, calling game #286.The 6 other refs carry 22,17,12,5,4 & 1 year of experience.3 in building business,a printing prez,fed agent & banker..Carl Cheffers has called 14 Browns games.We are 0-8 with Cheffers as the Referee.Calling loses at Ravens 09,Cinn.2013 & a 2014 opener with Pittsburgh..When Cheffers was a Side Judge official, he has a record against Browns of 4-2.With our last win coming in 07 against Mia.My hope is we walk into Pittsburgh with our youth.
