Now when it first happened it sounded like the police were doing the right thing by immediately charging her....now it turns out they served a blanket warrant on the dead guys apt just as a fushing expedition...they found some marijuana. if they try to get this fetid whore of a cop off on lesser charges simply cause they were able to find out simething about the guy unrelated to why she tried to get into the wrong apt.......this is gonna blow us up. It will be nationwide too, and not in dallas. Cops are gonna get ambushed whilw they sit and have coffee etc,etc......this gon get real bad unless sone facts co.e out we're not being told. As of right now her story is still that she got into the wrong apt and thought the guy was an intruder in his own apt. If that stands she has to be charged with manslaughter or negligent homicide whatever....this woman needs to do at least a decade in prison. People need to understand that the cops could have found kiddy porn in his place and it would be irrelevant to the officers actions. Obviously i wouldnt lose sleep over a verified pedo being shot, but at the same time a cop cant get away with accidently entering the wrong apt and shooting a guy. From what I read about the case it appears the police officer may have lied about some of the circumstances on this case but she has been charged with manslaughter already and the charges may be upgraded if more information comes out that warrants it. As for the search warrant on the man who was killed I don't understand the reasoning for the warrant to search his apartment and what I would want to know is (A) the reason why and (b) was it normal standard procedure they would have done in any other case.
