They send their indigents, drug cartel members, and gang members expanding into our country. Build the wall, take that 320 million and cancel their free money from us completely - that would be a great start to be building our wall. Its a nice attempt at a bookeeping trick tho. And that mobey we were giving them most undoubtedly went right back to american arms manufacturers to combat the cartels. So in the long run that could hurt mire than help.
