Sneaky Pete

So for those of you, like me, who are always on the lookout for engrossing and entertaining cable series allow me to recommend the Amazon original series Sneaky Pete starring Giovanni Ribisi, who we first saw in The Wonder Years. He's a confidence man who, upon release from prison, assumes his cellmates identity. The soulmate had been estranged from his family for 20 years so when Ribisi shows up their home it's easy enough for them to believe that he's the long-lost grandson. That's all on the first episode and I won't tell you anymore but this serious really gets rolling after about three episodes. You might be tempted to bail out before then but don't.

There are two seasons so far but I would expect oh, thanks to the ratings of the viewers, that Amazon will green light a third.
